I’ve been trying to get my medical records from this facility. All my doctor wants to know is what anesthetic was used because after surgery my liver enzymes were very high! Spoke with Nancy she said I had to fax in a request which I did… called a week later spoke to her again she couldn’t help then transferred me to Greg left a message for him… no response. Called again and spoke with Rhonda and she could help me either ! So I’m still waiting… these people deserve no stars !

I had my procedure yesterday and everyone treated me so well. I was nervous but they were calm and professional and helped me to relax. I came out of surgery in pain but the nurse administered medicine to quickly control this.

My cousin epic failed a BMX trick and broke his ankle in two places. He had to have a plate put in and 6 screws to hold his ankle together. I went with my aunt as moral support because my cousin is 18 and has never had any sort of surgery before. We arrived at 6am and the receptionist was incredibly friendly! They validate parking, so she made sure to give us a validated ticket so we wouldn’t have to pay. We also let her know that we planned to run to Starbucks once my cousin was in surgery and she assured us that she would give us another free parking pass once we returned. Lobby: They offer regular and decaf coffee brewed often. No food is allowed in the waiting room and they ask you to not take phone calls. There is a café next door with reasonable prices. There is a large Samsung TV on the wall and they had tons of current magazine with a wide variety — Bön Appetite, Soaps Digest, Oprah, and a ton of other stuff. For kids, they had a play table with a puzzle and a big thing of Lego toys. The receptionist was very thorough and polite about filling out the paperwork. She explained everything in a very simple manner. A little boy(5 years old) was having surgery and the nurses took INCREDIBLE care of him. They talked to him and played games and even blew up gloves as balloons to make him laugh. The doctor who performed my cousin’s surgery was very kind and came out afterwards to show us an X-ray of what his ankle looked like. The rule is that only one person can visit a patient once they are in recovery. They made an exception when my cousin had some complications and my aunt started to freak out. They actually let my mom come back there and be with them. In all, I would definitely recommend this place for outpatient surgery. Everyone we met was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. It’s important to note that this place«rents» operating rooms. Each person sees their own doctor, who has their own anesthesiologist, etc. That would explain the major differences in the reviews for this surgery center.

The staff was so friendly and made me feel prepared about my surgery. I was feeling very nervous the day before and was considering cancelling but I am so glad I went in. The procedure was quick and before I knew it I was out. It happened this morning so I can’t comment on my recovery. However I am currently doing great just a mild sore throat. Thanks everyone at the center. :)
