History
Established in 1995.
ZOE is a fully equipped classical Pilates studio offering private, semi-private, and group classes to clients of all ages and abilities. In 1995 Zoe was the first fully equipped Pilates studio to serve Pasadena. In March of 2010, Zoe expanded to a new space at 22 South Oakland Ave. Thanks to the second floor of this new, elegant space, the studio now includes a large mat room, allowing for more group classes at various times throughout the day. Our mission is to help people achieve an optimal balance of strength and flexibility while improving their posture, balance, mental focus, and overall body awareness both in and outside of the studio.
