Me o’ My Photography

I purchased the Groupon based on positive reviews, too bad the business/​owner became COMPLETELY unreachable right after! Tried to book a session over the last few weeks to no avail:
(1) I followed the instructions to book via
, but after choosing the only option of Hermann Park and continuing, «Page Not Found» error comes up.
(2) I looked up the numbers available to call from Groupon and Unilocal,the business number (ending 1966) failed and one was to the Alley theatre (ending 5700)!
(3) I emailed the biz @
, and got the «could not deliver» error!
I’ve already contacted Groupon Customer Support. Hope I can get my money back.

So of course we were excited, first family/​maternity shoot. Initially I do the $ 59 Groupon. I took a photo back in July of 2015 with him. He was nice and worked well with us.
Now,
A month later, we haven’t received our 11×14 canvas that comes with the groupon. And then I ended up buying the $ 300 (actually $ 375) package to get all the pics plus the 20×20 canvas. So mind you, I now should get two.
Got all the pictures digitally and no canvases. Took about 3 months for the 20×20 canvas and still to this day, I don’t have the other. I basically paid $ 500 and everything about him — gone. He no longer has his website and the phone number I used to contact him by also is no longer working.
One more thing, he does this cute slideshow preview of your pictures and that comes with the $ 300 package… I finally decide to open the disc and watch it, and… It’s the CHEN FAMILY!
So… If any of you who got the slideshow discs from him happen to have the Ramos family… That’s us.
I don’t know if he honestly fell ill and had to get hospitalized, but he should at least close out on a good note with the people he had as clients. At least y’all don’t have to worry about taking pictures with him.

This year will be my 3^rd year going to Me o’ My Photography. I found them on Groupon two years ago and they have been doing my family’s Christmas pictures. The two pictures of my dogs are from them each year. Oops! I forgot the photographer’s name (I’m pretty bad with names but excellent with faces) but he is really good at capturing my family. He provides a photography package and video for purchase. Also, scheduling with him is pretty easy and if you purchase a groupon or a package from him, you should try to book quickly because he books pretty fast but is very willing to work with you. I totally recommend him to anyone and everyone that wants their pictures taken professionally.

Pictures looked great online. It’s been two months. I haven’t received my order yet. Several hundred $$$. Two months? To trust or not to trust?

I purchased this off groupon after seeing a co workers photos from here. The photography is amazing! This was my first time getting professional pictures done with my 2 year old daughter. The pics all turned out truly amazing. I love this place and will use them again. We had them done at oyster creek in sugarland. I drove the extra distance to this particular location because the landscape is perfect. The photographer is very friendly and good with small children. Scheduling is easy and flexible and I received my slide show to my photos in less than 48 hours. I love this place. Highly recommend.
