On Monday, I had the misfortune of dropping my iPad on a city street. Mobile Kangaroo was nearby so I took the iPad in to replace the cracked screen – but only after sitting with it for an hour and reassuring myself that only the glass was broken; everything else worked.
Craig took it as a routine replacement and promised it in a few hours. It was ready as promised…
But then it started blacking out at random times.
I took it back the next day, and Craig promised to investigate. He acknowledged that he had done the wrong repair, but needed a part, which he had to order. (So, not a routine repair? IDK).
Finally on Friday, I got the call that the part had arrived. I took the device back to the shop. Three hours later, Bennie presented me with the corrected repair. I took it home, and the blacking-​out problem has only gotten worse.
I don’t know what to do next, but I sure wish I’d started with a different repair shop.

Bennie was excellent. He not only swapped out the screen on my broken samsung, he gave me some great advice on chargers when my phone started having problems. Definitely will recommend this place to anyone needing help with a damaged phone!

Ryan was absolutely awesome and helpful. I walked into the store and within minutes he fixed my smashed iPhone. I highly recommend Mobile Kangaroo in Petaluma– it’s much more convenient than waiting around the Apple Store and long lines for the Genius Bar.

The guy is great and fast service. It took about an hour to fix a iphone 4S phone broken screen and looks like new again. They have great prices so I may take my Windows phone there because it is cheaper then sending it for the insurance deal which is $ 100 and they will only charge $ 86.

Yup, I dropped my Galaxy S2 for the gazillionth time, and the screen finally shattered. Um, what do I do now? Nobody fixes these old screens… except Mobile Kangaroo, right here in Petaluma! Although I had to wait for the part, of course nobody carries these in stock for old hold outs like me, Mobile Kangaroo was able to repair my phone, making the screen look like new, for a SUPER reasonable price! Yay! Especially important for me as I own the phone without a contract, only month to month, so I had many $$$ invested in the device as I purchased it outright.
Go to Mobile Kangaroo, you won’t be disappointed!

Mobile kangaroo is great. My dad needed a new iPhone battery and they were able to replace it on the spot in 10 minutes. I called around the area to compare prices and they had the best. Charged for part and not labor. I’ve used mobile kangaroo in the South Bay with positive results as well.
