The Oxymagic system uses a unique style of cleaning with a low moisture, non-toxic cleaning solution for superior results. Due to the power of the oxygen cleaners, less moisture is needed than with any other cleaning method. Typical dry time is within ONE HOUR. Your carpet dries soft, not hard or crunchy like other cleaners. This proves that NO sticky residue is left behind. Our cleaning machine has not one but TWO counter rotating brushes. The power of the brush system actually lifts the dirt out of the deeply soiled lower third of the carpet. Oxymagic’s machine has been recognized by the EPA for reducing dust mites, cat allergens, pet dander, and mold spores.

New to Austin, Oxymagic carpet cleaning services have been in business since 1998 with over 80 franchises nationwide. Local owner, Brian Owens, felt Austin was the perfect location to showcase the «green» company by offering a low-moisture, non-toxic cleaning solution. In a very short time, the Oxymagic system has been very well received throughout the area.

My name is Brian Owens and I am the Owner of Oxymagic of Central Texas. After spending over 12 years in retail sales and management I decided it was time to start my own company. I researched many different franchises and business opportunities. Once I learned about Oxymagic and the unique style of cleaning, I new it was perfect for Austin and the surrounding areas. Oxymagic started in Tulsa Oklahoma in 1998 and in 2004 they started offering franchises. Oxymagic now has over 80 franchises nationwide. Oxymagic is a green company that uses a low-moisture, non-toxic cleaning solution. My goal is to offer Austin and the surrounding areas with a unique style of cleaning that exceed your expectations and provide the highest quality customer service at an affordable price.
