Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

How did I get here to coach you about mindful eating? Working a stressful job with long hours lead me to eating anything, anytime and reaching for coffee and sugar all throughout the day. I felt low energy, tired, bloated and couldn’t keep a diet or a food journal for my life because I could never remember what I had just eaten.

The turning point for me was when I realized that if I concentrated on only eating the foods the fueled me, rather than eating everything in sight, my energy, mood, and work ethic became better, I even lost weight! This discovery combined with my passion for health supportive foods, lead me to change my eating habits and my career.

I’m a Certified Natural Foods Chef & Holistic Health Coach that was trained at The Natural Gourmet Institute and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I teaches clients who are confused about current dietary trends and personal eating habits the simple tricks on how to get back to the basics of nutrition.
