The owner Kevin Hodgson of The Beehive LLC, has been a life long Beekeeper producing honey and pollinating for famers & has been involved with construction plus has been doing bee removal since the year 1998. The Beehive LLC, is fully licensed & insured, plus we carry workers compensation insurance.

We called The Bee Hive on a Sunday night because our dog was stung at least 20 times. I called Kevin on our way to the emergency vet; I started to leave a message, but Kevin called back before I could finish the speaking. Russ W was at our house by 8 am the next morning and took care of the bees. Russ found honey in our walls and told us we would still see bees until the honey was removed. We had The Bee Hive come out again to remove the honey. Russ removed the honey through the roof and he cleaned up the area. We haven’t seen any bees flying around that area since the honey was removed. Russ took pictures of the progress as well. I felt their price was very competitive and reasonable. I hope we don’t have issues again, but if we do, we will be sure to call the Bee Hive. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I was referred by my sister-​in-​law and they were almost mentioned on the Nextdoor app.

Marti arrived on time and immediately addressed my bee problem. She drilled holes into my retaining wall and treated the wall top to bottom where the problem was. She sealed up the holes and sprayed around the area so the bees would stay away. Great service, reasonably priced and deserves more than 5 stars. If they had 10 star rating they would get it. This is the company to call and use if you have a bee problem.

I knew I had an issue, but didn’t know the extent until the wall was opened. Thanks to Chris and Jeff the issue was resolved and drywall replaced in less than 24 hours.
Chris was thorough in his inspection and made sure I and my neighbors were not in any danger of being stung. He removed all of the honeycomb as well as the honey covering the studs and Cox cables.
Jeff made sure the drywall was perfectly installed and leveled. Even though he had another job waiting for him he stayed to make sure my job was done right.
Last but not least I was given a three year warranty for all of the work completed. If I have another issue at this house or another property, this company will be the first that I call. Great job, gentlemen!

I just had them out yesterday to take a look at our back patio, I have been seeing bees going in and out a hole in the stucco.
I called on Friday and they were swamped so we made the appointment for Saturday between 8 – 9. I received a call at 7:00am asking to move my appointment because they were overbooked, which was no big deal, luckily we had nothing going on. So we agreed to an appt between 3 – 4.
At 12:00 there was a knock on the door, they just showed up! No one called ahead of time to ask if we were home and I was actually on my way out the door to go Easter shopping.
Anyway, the employee took a look and seemed to do a pretty thorough job. He sprayed where there were openings and we were fortunate enough that I caught it before they started to make a hive.
They gave me a 3 month guarantee. Total cost $ 175
Overall I would say that I think they are a good company, I honestly wish they had been more organized because it caused me to run behind all the things I needed to do for last minute preparations for Easter.

Kevin and his assistants certainly know what they are doing. Removed a very large hive high up in a tree. The bees had become aggressive with my gardener. Only reason for a star less than 5 is be sure to clarify the cost when you call them. I asked Kevin how much to remove a hive of bees and was told $ 165. That apparently is just to «remove the bees,» and not the honeycomb. It was estimated at over $ 400 on arrival of his assistant, which we negotiated to $ 350 cash. Giving them the benefit of the doubt as to what market rate is, I would call again and appreciate the fast and efficient service.

Kevin came out the same day, took a look & was able to tell me right away that the swarm I’d seen a few days earlier hadn’t been there long enough to create a hive or honeycombs in the walls or roof. I’d called my regular exterminator (they’re awesome for most things but bees are not their forte) & they had sprayed something that would take a few days to kill them all. I called Kevin to check on the house & find out if there would need to be honeycomb removal. He came out, didn’t find anything, offered to seal up the problem areas & take care of the bees immediately for an extremely reasonable cost! Any future bee issues I have will be directed straight to Kevin, I’d recommend him in a heartbeat!

Called Beehive Bee and Wasp Removal, and Kevin arrived in a matter of minutes. He did an excellent job of explaining the removal process and what to expect following the removal. He was very personable and even shared that his father was a beekeeper. He was very knowledgable about bees and made our first bee removal experience as pleasant as you can possibly imagine.
