I have used other companies in the past and my carpet is 16 years old. 3 kids, 3 dogs, 2 cats until recently– one left. These guys did a fantastic job! By far exceeded my expectations for a fair price. This is the FIRST time I have been happy with a carpet cleaning– My carpets were no easy task. BRAVO!

Zerorez came out to my room to clean 2 rooms and an attached office. They were professional and polite. They wore booties the whole time they were cleaning and the carpet looked much better than before. I went with the scotch guard protectant because I believe for $ 25 a room it was worth it so I did not have to get my carpets cleaned as frequently. I would definitely use them again in the future. They made a deal with me to have 2 rooms (basically three rooms based on size) and have them scotch guarded for $ 130 plus the environmental fee of $ 14 dollars. If you need a carpet cleaner. Go with these guys!

Zerorez came out again, free of charge to try to make me happy. Well, they did a wonderful job this time and addressed my concerns with the high traffic areas. They brought a special tool out this time. They’re really good with customer service and doing what they can to make things right. Carpets look great now!

Booking online was a breeze, they called me within the hour to set up a time frame, I did stress that early morning was easier for me to do. The tech who arrived was amazing his name was Sean and was very professional and walked me through everything he was going to do, and asked if I had questions along the way. With our high traffic area it took him about 2 hrs for our 3 rooms that we did and I was so impressed with their work I will be using them again.

I’ve used ZeroRez several times and they are life savers! My cat was having health problems and I was having people coming to stay for the holidays and they were here to help me get my carpets in order. What a ingenious way of cleaning your carpets! I will never go back to having cleaning solution dumped on my carpets again. Believe me when I say this, there is a difference! No Residue makes a huge difference. The tech was great to work with as well. I was so happy I tried them. Had another company come out from sears and they left my carpets soaked and took days for my carpets to dry. I also didn’t like stepping on carpet that was crunchy from left over soap residue. I will always becoming back to ZeroRez!
I also bought their water for cleaning with as well. You need to go to their website to learn and understand what they do and how they do it. It’s all about the ph of the water, no soap or chemicals required to clean with…

Amazing work! They have done our carpet and couch several times and always looks amazing! They are professional and always use corner protectors to not damage walls. Will certainly use them again.

This is the first time we have had our carpets cleaned since purchasing our home over two years ago. Nick arrived on time, and did a great job. He recommended we pre-​treat 2 of our rooms because the soil was really bad– and it worked! He was able to remove some really deep-​set stains that we weren’t sure could be cured! He took his time to explain the process, and had us do a walk through to make sure we were satisfied before he left.
We would certainly use Zerorez again in the future. Thanks for a great experience!

Had the worst experience EVER!

I don’t think I will ever call another company to clean my floors again. I loved the ease of making an appointment, and the technician, Peter, showed up right on time. He was very nice and very professional.
I had my tile done, and I can honestly saw I am in AWE of what Peter was able to do in such a short period of time. I never would have guess my grout was such a light color!
I must admit, I was a little nervous about hiring them because they only use water. I ended up going with them because our son has asthma issues, and sometimes chemicals can trigger it. I won’t be using anyone else in the future. Fabulous company!

Zerorez came out to our house yesterday, we had three rooms, our stairs and a long hallway done. We could not be happier. We were a little unsure of how it would turn out without using soaps or chemicals but it turned out better than we thought! Andrew was our technician and could not have been more pleasant. We will definitely be recommending Zerorez and having them ask for Andrew! Thank you!

I scheduled an appointment with Zerorez after hearing about a sale they were doing on the radio. The woman I spoke to was great — very personable and sweet. I was scheduled for a Saturday appointment and requested something in the morning if possible.
I received a call two days before giving the two hour timeframe to expect the technician. I was given the window from 4−6pm, not ideal but I understand since they service houses all over the valley I might not get the requested time slot. A few minutes after 4, I got a call from a woman saying they were running late and I should expect the tech after 6 or that we could reschedule. I couldn’t reschedule so I asked her if there was anything we could do to make sure we fit in the window since I had plans that night. She called me back 20 minutes later and told me the tech would be there by 6, when I pressed the issue of the timeframe and how I felt that this was unacceptable to be late, she became agitated. We didn’t end the conversation on a good note but I waited for the tech to arrive anyway.
Casey, the tech, arrived around 6:30 and was very apologetic. He looked at the carpets and got straight to work. As he was working, he would stop and let me know if anything was unusual and would walk me through what to expect when the carpet dried. Once he was finished, he gave me some advice on how to make the most of the cleaning and I loved his transparency and professionalism. On a side note, they did give me a discount for being late which was appreciated.
Normally, I would have given four stars because Casey was a gem and he did a great job. But I have to ding them a star because of the experience with the second woman I spoke with.

Service 101:

Keith started the appointment with the usual disclaimers and made a few «recommendations» A.K.A. up-​sell after doing a walk through. I did buy some extra rooms, but passed on the extra spot treatments. He was a great resource for carpet cleaning and maintenance. He gave me some great techniques to deal with old and new pet issues (we have a puppy). He also explained the how and why when he tackled different kinds of carpet stains.
I will use Zerorez again and I will ask for Keith.

I booked an appointment online for carpet cleaning via Serviz, which gave me a 50 dollar promo credit, and followed that up to confirm via phone. For those of you who don’t know, Serviz is a company that you can request carpet cleaning through. Prices are set on their site with no hidden fees or surprises. The way Serviz works is they post jobs and cleaners can accept them.
Suddenly two hours after my call to Serviz, Chris from ZeroRez called me and left a voicemail about my job. I thought that was odd that someone from ZeroRez was calling, but I returned the call, figuring perhaps Chris had accepted the job through Serviz. I got a woman on the phone from ZeroRez who spent ten minutes trying to find my information in their «several» and «new» computer system. Eventually she claimed to find it, but only had my name and number — no address. Strange, because I had given Serviz my address. As the call went on, she quoted me 133 bucks plus a 50 dollar «stairs fee» because I live on the third floor. This is significantly more than the 99 dollars Serviz had quoted me, and I informed her of that. I also informed her that I had a 50 dollar credit through Serviz. She then put me on hold, likely to confer with «Chris» about what to do. When she came back, she was willing to give me the credit, but was still going to charge the exorbitant rate with the stairs fee I had never been told about. I refused to do any business with them and hung up.
Anyway, after this I called Serviz. Serviz has no clue how ZeroRes even got my information, and shows my job as not accepted yet in their system. I haven’t given my info out to any other companies. What I suspect happened was that Chris from ZeroRez went on the Serviz postings, saw my job, but instead of accepting it, decided to skirt the system and contact me on his own. That way, he could charge me way more money by not honoring their price policy, and avoid paying any sort of commission to Serviz. Serviz, for the record, has been great about the whole thing, if a bit confused over how someone potentially exploited their system.
In sum: don’t trust ZeroRez! They seem to have some very shady business practices that involve taking advantage of consumers, as well as other companies.

I called Zerorez to get my carpets cleaned prior to the birth of our child. We knew that we would be having lots of guests over and were embarrassed by how dirty our carpet had become. After hearing and reading the reviews I picked up the phone to schedule an appointment.
First impressions are always important and they did not fail at this. Charles answered the phone and was friendly and professional. He gave me plenty of information about their services and how to prepare. This is very helpful because the customer is responsible for moving any furniture out of the rooms prior to cleaning. He was able to give me a 3 hour window of time that was further narrowed down two days prior.
My tech arrived right on time and I informed him of the rooms that we would be cleaning, then stayed out of the way. Upon completion, which took around an hour, he provided me with booties to wear inside while the carpets dried. The next day when everything was dried I checked out the rooms and was not happy with the work. There were many areas of the carpet that were still dirty and that he clearly did not spend enough time on, so I contacted the company letting them know this. I was 2 weeks away from my due date and had furniture arriving so I was in a panic. This was not the outcome I had expected from a company that is so highly rated.
After speaking with Shelly they not only sent out a new tech that week, but he did the rooms again at no extra charge. Once he finished we walked through the areas and they were 100 times cleaner. Plus as an added gift for the bad service they provided me with a onesie for our baby. Their great customer service and fixing the problem is why I gave them 4 stars. If it had been done right the first time I would have given them a perfect score, but it was an inconvenience to have to move furniture a second time and took time away from work twice.
My advice to anyone using Zerorez is to make sure that you do a walk through with your tech before and after to make sure that they explain everything to you and that you are satisfied with the work. I did not do this because I was unaware that they are supposed to until I spoke with Shelly.

This company came highly recommended by a family member.
I called and scheduled my front room and staircase. First of all– my front room is 300 sq feet and their «room size» is 250, so my one living room cost the price of 2 rooms, even though it was only 50 sf larger. The stairs were $ 5 each.
When the tech came, we told him that we had changed our mind on the stairs, that we just wanted the bottom 3 (below the baby gate– the only stairs the dogs can get on). The tech tried to tell me that I had to have them all done because I had said all of them on the phone, or that he would be responsible for the lost revenue. (um, really? no.) Me and my husband both had to insist that we didn’t want them all done– 18 stairs = $ 90! I told him we knew we wanted the pet treatment done, since that was the reason we even had them done. He said they could spot treat each spot but that he was just going to do an all over treatment because it was easier.
When he was done, it really didn’t look that great. He said that was the best it would get.

Zerorez did an AMAZING job on my home. They were in constant contact with me prior to my appointment and the technician actually showed up an hour early which was awesome. He was a very nice guy and was very knowledgeable about his services and measured all of the spaces to ensure that I was getting the best deal for my money. He was done in just under an hour and explained everything that I he noticed and gave me advice on how to keep it clean. The house looked fantastic. I will be calling them again very soon to clean my new house! Thank you!

Excellent marketing but less than quality results for $ 500. My house is 1146 sqft, the majority is tile. I had all the tile cleaned and sealed and our two bedrooms with carpet cleaned. In the bedroom we had some stains where our dog had gotten sick and I had spilled some green tea — the majority of the stains are still there. Durning the process of cleaning large sections of grout were removed. The tech told me he would not charge me for the hallway but I was still charged. The carpet was also still wet the next day. I was expecting great results because I wasn’t told otherwise so I didn’t mind paying so much. I feel that the tech should have given me a better expectation of what to expect. He didn’t even go over how the cleaning went. When we came back home he was already in the driveway. After he drove off, I found a huge hair ball left in the street that he had dumped.
They send out an email telling you if you have any problems to give them a call, so I did.
They sent out another tech which even said the first tech rushed through the job and that he didn’t do a good job. He also confirmed the carpet was still wet. They recleaned the carpets at no charge but a few weeks later the stains had reappeared. Highly disappointed, I feel completely ripped off… $ 500 and nothing to show for it!!!
Considering the expense, inconvenience and the stains reappeared two weeks later, I would NOT to recommend them!

Just got the carpet cleaned today. I am very happy with this company. I called last week to make an appointment, and they let me know they would call me two days before to tell me my two hour window of time when the technician would arrive.
The technician was scheduled to come today between 11am and 1pm. A representative called to ask if I would like them to come little earlier this morning. I said sure and our technician arrived about 10:30 AM.
She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had the downstairs carpet cleaned and the stairway.
I love that there were no chemical smells and it was safe for my cats. I will definitely recommend ZeroRez to other people and use them again!

First time I used zerorez I was happy with the results and the people involved.
Second call was more of an emergency after finding my rental was a disaster. Imagine my surprise when a overweight gentle man walked in and told me to «just replace my carpet» «there’s nothing we can do».
Without trying the gentleman left … Didn’t even try. I called back in a very sweet lady apologized and had the «customer relations woman call me» she was not only rude but useless. «we couldn’t meet your expectations» really… Please tell me what those «expectations» are. After a few minutes of her talking over me I asked for her boss «Susan to call me. Still waiting for Susan.
My next Unilocal will be all 5 stars to Stanley Steamer. They came 45 minutes after my call and after only an hour my problem area is of no more.

Absolutely beautiful! Zach was professional, friendly and knowledgeable! The only downside was he was s little late but he soon made up for that and more! I highly recommend Zero Rez!
