I was waiting on my order and two young guys cleaning up were using foul language. They were employees. Not Avery good representation for Donatos! I love the pizza, but if this happens again, I am going elsewhere.

Ordered three items online, one of which was a salad. I customized it due to food allergies and paid with a credit card. Moments later I received the confirmation email with the salad’s changes accurately listed, and a delivery time one hour from the emails time stamp. Seventy minutes later, the items arrived, when I opened the salad it was made incorrectly. I called and spoke the manager, after a five minute hold, who told me it would be 45 minutes before another could be sent. She said a refund was not possible, but that a credit would be made to my account. One hour later, I called and after ten minutes on hold, the same manager got on the phone and when I inquired about when I might expect the replacement, she told me she thought I didn’t want it. By this time it’s almost three hours after our original order and past the time when I’d go to bed on a work night. Needless to say, we will be getting our pizza/​salad needs met elsewhere.

I have been a little disappointed my last 2 times with Donato’s here in Pickerington. normally I just go to Pizza Cottage. however, New Years Day Pizza Cottage didn’t open until like 3pm or 4pm and I wanted some pizza for the noon bowl games. so I dusted off a Donato’s coupon and got a large peperoni. That was the most bland, tasteless pizza that I have ever had. Normally I enjoy Donato’s, but I don’t know if that was a fluke, if my tastebuds were off, or if I am just used to the flavor that I am getting from Pizza Cottage. Then yesterday Donato’s had a coupon for a Spicy Jack Pizza. it was only $ 1 more than their large 1 topping and it sounded pretty good, so I decided to give it a try. again, it was a little bland compared to what I am used to with pizza.

I love Donatos Chicken Veggie Medley pizza! The tasty thin crust is good, and when the pizza is fresh, the toppings meld to satisfy my pizza cravings!
For a big-​franchise, «fast food» pizza place, Donatos is always my first pick.
