This review is long over due but I really wanted to give my endorsement to Ericka. My husband and I worked with Ericka last year to purchase our home in Hercules. We didn’t know what we were looking for nor did we know our final budget, but Ericka was so kind and patient. We spent four months looking at all different types of properties in different areas. She was extremely available to us and when we found the perfect home she hustled like a pro and got us into contract in a single day.
She knows the area really well and was able to hook us up with really great inspectors and mortgage company. She also held our hands through the entire closing process as we were first time buyers and had no clue what we were doing.
Hopefully we will be in this house a very long time, but if we move there is only one person we will call. I highly recommend Ericka and her partner Sarah. They are a wonderful team.

Ericka and Sarah are AWESOME! Ericka helped us buy our condo and later sell our condo. Sarah helped us buy our new home. The experience was (as always) amazing and these two are always ON IT! I don’t know how they do what they do, but they seem to work 24⁄7 to make sure things happen when they are supposed to happen. Honestly, if you’re not working with these two, then you’re probably working with a slacker.
I had a realtor I was working with (based off a referral) prior to finding Ericka. She was HORRIBLE! Took us to homes we would never be interested in YEARS! In fact, one time she even took us through the hood during a block party. I won’t go into details, but I was terrified for our lives. She wasted our time, was always lost (even with GPS!) and basically was overall clueless. I had to walk away.
Finding Ericka and Sarah was like a breath of fresh air. I would also like to mention that when you work with them, you will do some serious laughing. These two are funny ladies. Thanks again you two! I’ll always refer my friends and family to you.

As first-​time homebuyers, we are so thankful to have found Ericka & Sarah to help us navigate this crazy, competitive housing market and ultimately buy our first house!
We initially found Ericka via Unilocal/​online, and upon the first phone call we immediately felt comfortable with her. We liked that she works with a lot of first-​time homebuyers, and was very straight-​forward, honest, and patient in answering all of our questions. She always made herself available to show us houses we were interested in, and was very prompt in answering emails.
Once we were under contract, Sarah took over and was equally wonderful to work with. She attended all the inspections with us, helped guide us through some negotiations, and made sure everything was on track for closing. Ericka & Sarah really work well as a team to make sure you are always taken care of. We felt like they really went above and beyond to work for US as buyers, and made the deal happen. Very professional and kind people! We’d definitely recommend them!

Ericka and Sarah are the kind of real estate agents that change the home buying experience into something rewarding, exciting, and stress-​free. I know that I would not have the house I am moving into today without them. They found my dream home on our first tour, put an offer in by the end of the day, sealed the deal at 15K below asking, negotiated away all my closing costs, and we closed escrow in 16 days. Absolutely miraculous.
But more important than the figures and data, they treated me with incredible respect and professionalism, despite me being a sorely undereducated and unprepared first time home buyer. Several actions of theirs evinced that I could really trust them to be not only aboveboard but incredibly fastidious over the tiniest details. They worked so hard for me. Thank you Ericka and Sarah!

This is such an easy five star review, and my first review in years.
My wife and I emailed, called and texted all hours of the day and never waited more than a few minutes before Ericka got back to us. Her posted hours are 9am to 6pm, but that’s not the case. She is available anytime, and extremely knowledgable about the East Bay area.

Ericka is an outstanding realtor. Not only is she extremely patient but she takes the time to understand what you are and are not looking for in the market. In addition to that she is extremely responsive to both email and phone so you never feel like your waiting for her on anything. Ericka helped my wife and I buy a home in Hercules in August and the transaction went great and her guidance was helpful every step of the way.
