This used to be my regular Dunkin Donuts but after poor customer service I think today will be my last visit. They refused to accept a DD Perk because THEIR application was not working (everything else on my phone worked except their app so it was not a phone issue). As a regular customer I would expect they would be able to make an exception and still allow me to redeem the DD Perk that was available to a so called «loyal» customer. However they refused. It’s unfortunate that DD can’t step up their customer service levels. It’s impossible to get a hold of their customer service reps even via phone or the online contact us form. I guess Starbucks will be getting a little more business from now on.

My first time to Dunkin Donuts and I was delighted with their coffee cake/​cinnamon roll. Though the store was packed, they still provided excellent service! Can’t wait to try their coffee… It awaits in my cup holder :)

Very clean and well maintained dunkin donuts that is open 24hrs. The coffee always tastes fresh which makes it different from other 24hr places which give overnight workers like myself the short end of the stick. The parking lot and seating area is on the small side most the times you going to take it to go anyway

Friendly staff and good doughnuts. The doughnut could the one of the few pastries that america can claim as its own. Tired of the typical circular doughnut? Go for the bow-​tie. The staff here is friendly and attentive and doughnuts are yum.
