**We don’t accept the PBE waiver. All children in our care must be up to date on their immunizations.**

We are a family run business. Our goal is to keep it small so we can devote more time to each individual child.

Throughout the day we play, we do arts and craft, story time and reading. We also have music and dancing time. We provide a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snacks, meeting the Childcare Council’s strict guidelines.

Mitra has been taking care of children all her life. It started with her mom when she was a Junior High school student. She was a nanny and Mitra would be her assistant after school. She then started her own daycare when Mitra was in high school and Mitra continued to assist her. Once Mitra left home, she became a nanny herself. She has changed careers several times, but always ended up back with her mom assisting her with her daycare. When Mitra and Richard decided to have a baby, they realized that starting their own daycare was the right thing to do.

Mitra and Richard have both completed a preventive health and safety training course. They are also both certified in first aid and CPR.

I came to the US with my family in 1982. I was 8 years old. My parents had family in Concord and that is how we ended up in the Bay Area. It was hard at first. I missed my friends and family. It didn’t take long for me to learn the language and I became a true American girl. I attended El Monte elementary in Concord, Walnut Creek Intermediate and Las Lomas High in Walnut Creek. I love the Bay Area and I can’t imagine life anywhere else. In my spare time I enjoy cooking. I love music and like reading when I have the time.
