Back in February 2012, I paid him $ 400 to paint 2 window trims and a gate in front of my house. He painted them with interior paint without any primer. Three years later, the paints are cracked. Now I have to scrape and repaint it again.
Do not hire him as he cannot tell interior from exterior paint.
