We have had problems before with meat in our tacos. Tonight at approx 130am I got food and I am beyond amazed with not only their service but their food service. The person who is making food tonight should make food every night. Keep working hard

My family has lived in the area here for over 30 years. I remember when this Del Taco opened, it was the best around, anytime of day. BUT, it has steadily gone down in quality, consistancy of food preparation and portions, and in cleanliness. Example: When i spend my hard earned money to feed my family I acspect to get a fair deal for that said money. When I order chicken soft tacos I acspect there to be more then 2 little pieces of chicken in the tacos. Same with the spicy chicken burrito. WHEREISTHEMEAT? And the pride in preparation? They just throw your food together and spill it into the bag and acspect you to be happy about it. I may live 4 blocks from this location but I drive to the location on Imperial Hwy and Rose to get MY Del Taco fix.

Leaving the ER and starving with my pregnant wife ready to barf. All she asked for was a cup to vomit in and the drive thru attend was very kind and understanding. Burrito bold was good as well as the new chicken roller. We really needed this Del Taco tonight. Just got home and had to leave a review for the man right away because he did a great job.

The last two times I ordered their chili cheese fries they tasted awful! The fries were very very stale and old — they crumbled when I tried to bite into them. The whole thing was cold, not even luke warm. Every time I get the chicken soft tacos, they have hardly any meat in them — just all tortilla. Worst location ever.

Del Taco is a good fast-food chain. The food tastes more authentic than Taco Bell, which has resorted to throwing Frito-Lay products and cheap cheese sauce into many menu items. We stopped by last night for Taco Tuesday. My wife, the migraine sufferer cannot eat cheddar cheese, so she often must eat Mexican food without cheese as so many restaurants, even some chains(Don Jose, Ricardo’s) only use the bagged cheddar/jack blend. Well this Del Taco substituted jack cheese at no additional charge. By the way, they grate their cheese by hand on the premises. The wife was happy(even though she wanted to have dinner at Taps) and that makes me happy.

Restaurant is very close to my job and decided to try it after seeing some signs posted for the«EPICBURRITO» for the last few days. Restaurant was fairly clean when walking in and I was happy that there wasn’t many people because I was ready to eat. I ordered the steak and potato epic burrito and a medium drink and it came out fast. Burrito was very good overall and it was different with having fries inside of it. I will be back to try the other epic burritos that they offer.

Horrible service, I keep going back because of the fact that’s its the closets to my work. Other than that I would not go back, I love the food but this location has the worst service. I order a couple quesadillas and just get 1 package of hot sauce and like 5 of ketchup wow!!! F@*?@) amazing. Then she gave me the wrong order didn’t reapat my order if not I would have told her that she got it wrong. And the worst part she is rude like of she was doing a great f@?!&#(job taking my order. thanks for running my lunch. Have a good day and smile for your customers that are going thru the drive-thru

Awful, awful, AWFUL food and service this afternoon. What the bleep happened, Del? For our weekday lunch, my husband and I decided to opt for Del’s two-items-for-five-bucks special, which currently features carnitas burrito. Pleased with the amount and the flavor of the carnitas from our last visit two weeks ago, we ordered one for each of us – as well as a half-pound bean-and-cheese burrito. That said, we definitely had no idea that things at this Del had gone so far downhill during those two weeks. Our experience in the drive-through line was short and uneventful … but I privately wondered why lunchtime customer traffic this Wednesday had dropped by at least 50 percent.(Were locals still away on vacation? Or did they already know that this Del has since gone down the toilet, and were staying away in droves?) As soon as we settled in for lunch and unwrapped our carnitas burritos, my husband frowned. «I thought this had carnitas in it,» he commented. «All I have in mine is nothing but beans. How about you?» Me: «There were some in my first bite, and they were good — but I don’t have much more.» A minute later after our compare-and-contrast talk, he pulled out a weird-looking thing –a long, bluish-white item at least five inches long with the consistency of melted rubber. «That’s a vein, and it has a huge hunk of fat on it!» he pointed out. «That is so unappetizing. We’ve been completely ripped off!» My last few bites of my own burrito weren’t much better: tiny bits of bland pork here and there, mixed into the utterly flavorless bean mix. «And what’s up with these beans?» I commented. «We usually get whole pinto beans in our food here, but these are really watery and mushy. NOTGOOD.» As for those half-pound bean-and-cheese burritos with green sauce — the ones I’d raved about in my earlier review? FORGETIT: These were even runnier and blander than that sorry bean-like mix in the carnitas burritos — in fact, they looked as if diarrhea sufferers relieved themselves in our tortillas. If this isn’t a ginormous fail, what is? Midway through our meal, my husband phoned the Del restaurant we’d visited half an hour earlier to speak with the manager. The manager’s offer was this: replacing our failed food with fresh items — not even a make-good offer for what could ostensibly be our next visit there.(Really, fella? Don’t you know that most people ordering their meals through the drive-through line are NOWHERE near your restaurant a half hour after ordering, and have long since devoured their tacos, burritos and whatever else by then? Garden-variety common sense regarding customer service is what we’d hoped this manager would show us; that’s obviously too much to ask.) Next: my husband’s phone call to Del’s corporate customer-service line. As of this writing, NOONE from that department has bothered to return his call from five and a half hours ago(he phoned customer service at 12:57 p.m. Pacific Time). YES, we were majorly ripped off today. YES, what passed as this afternoon’s lunch did nothing more than disgust us and make us angry. $ 8.10 for two runny and bland burritos that left us hungry by 4:30 p.m. Really? Listen, Del, we really don’t care how colorful and funky your TV and billboard commercials are — not when the food you serve to your unsuspecting customers is such a brutally bad value, is as flavorless as pablum and looks as gross as the slop we were handed today. If you’re not bothered by a BIG customer drop-off during your peak hours, blow off regulars and what they’re tryling to tell you about their worse-than-unsatisfactory experiences, you deserve to have some of your stores go out of business … for good. We’re not coming back here — not for a very long time, at least. When we say that we won’t return to an establishment, we completely mean it. (To think that we could’ve spent $ 2 less to share a far tastier and vastly more nutritious foot-long Veggie Delite from any one of the many Subway sites near home … *le sigh*) And now … bubble guts …

When I need a quick bit this is the place for me. Its within walking distance from my house. I usually get three chicken soft tacos and I am good to go. The service is good and the folks here get the order done fast. For a couple of bucks that is all I need. Good and simple.

The food is always great, been going for years. The service sucks on Tuesday evening now, the manager gives you dogfaces and barks. She should be happy she has a job. Maybe her owner has not taken her for a walkies lately. She could use some exercise. Avoid this time unless there is another manager working. I will walk right out every time she works guaranteed. Parking can be a pain, Tuesday evening is real bad.

Open 24-hours. Perfect for late night runs. We kind of played a joke on them, and they held a straight face… bonus points here! Food tasted as Del Taco foods normally tastes(except for the Barstow location)!
