Yes on ALL of our stuff, they made holes in boxes w/​our kids clothes in our couch, you get the picture. Left our stuff for 4months while we were waiting for our house to be remodeled.
I wasn’t there while my husband was unloading the storage to notice otherwise I would have lost my shit & threw it on the front desk the same way the rats shit on our stuff!
When my husband came home w/​the U-​haul that’s when I noticed. I called and notified them immediately & all she could say was, Did you purchase ins?, please hold, came back on the line said no you didn’t, & Sorry nothing we can do about other tenants bringing food into facility??? Wtf?! And then put the blame on us by saying «since you didn’t purchase ins we can’t help you. that they can’t do anything?!!»
I’m sorry I thought insurance was for fire, water damage or theft? She then went on w/​a pre set liner that they probably have taped on the wall for these types of calls.
Just disgusting and gross STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!
*****So far we have received a call from Janet at corporate and all that was said was I will review & possibly see what can be done. In the mean time I CONTINUE to open boxes and find more rat homes in boxes!

This is a very standard storage facility. Not too fancy, but the prices are on point.
I couldn’t get the size I wanted, so I was able to work out a deal for a discount on the next size up. The staff has always been friendly with any questions I have.
There’s some superficial damage inside that could be touched up, but other than I have no issues. You should definitely check this place out for good storage deals.

These guys keep raising the rates. If you are one day late they are unfriendly, aggressive and charge excessive late fees. Stay away… this place is ran very unprofessional and has bad customer service. There are plenty of other storage places that are considerably less expensive within a 15 mile radius.

This place is simply amazing. UHAUL and storage all in one. Competitive rates, clean trucks and clean storage facilities. Unbeatable customer service.

This is exactly how I feel about this place. Made an appointment with Neddi to get a 5×8. Came in to my appointment today and they don’t have a 5×8 available any longer. Ok?! What was the purpose of making an appointment in the first place then?
To drive over here on the hope that they have the unit I made the appointment for?! Oh but they do have a bigger one available for more money! How convenient! Thanks for nothing.

friendly staff. they seem to really want to help and not money hungry like some other places I’ve stored at (Public Storage). they have a $ 20 move in special and you get a free truck FOR FREE. no hidden fees of any kind. the manager Vanessa was courteous and attentive.

Rented a van for moving and was happy with the experience. Reasonable/​normal rates and the woman at the front desk (Maddie?) was very nice and helpful.

They have great options and convenience of free rental truck for an hour or renting a uhaul there. Very helpful and courteous!

Courteous and helpful staff. Only raised the rent $ 3 in three years. Clean units. A little dark and not temperature controlled but customer service makes up for all the shortcomings in actual storage building. Seriously, always friendly and always helpful staff goes a long way.

The worst service I have ever experienced! The lady at the front is a lair and a thief! Charged me 2 days when I had the rental truck for 1! They lie about how much gas is in the truck before leaving, tried telling me there was a half tank when there was an ¹⁄₈! Do not go here! Very rude.

this place rocks! seriously, you couldn’t ask for a more friendly and professional group of people to help with your storage. the pricing is amazing and they give you a free moving truck and driver to help with everything!!! who does that type of stuff anymore? public storage nickel and dime’d me a few years ago and I just came to think that’s how it is. then I found these guys and haven’t looked back. if you wanna be treated very well and have a great experience and get value, call them… they’ll make your tough moving day into a breeze!

This place is great! I’ve checked the rates in the area and the beat everybody! My first month was $ 19.95 and it came with a truck and a driver to help my move. Have you ever heard of that?! These guys really want your business so they really take care of you! So if you want a storage place, this is it!

I rented a Uhaul here. It is not very accomodating to Uhaul customers because of the small amount of space in front of the location. The front entrance is very tiny so if the three spots are taken you have to get out of your car and ask the manager to open the gate so that you can park inside. Although the staff was very friendly, I was not happy with how they took care of me when I realized I got the wrong size Uhaul. Sure it’s my fault for doing that and I have no problem paying the $ 20 for the rental reservation that I took, 11 miles of gas that I used, and the $ 1 per mile fee. However they still charged me $ 15 for insurance and they charged me $ 11 for gas! There was no sympathy or care in the world. After looking at my receipt I realized they also started me at 33 008 miles instead of 33 009 that we went over before I left with the truck. Wow, I hope the owners really need the money now because they lost me for a customer and everyone else I know for the future. I’m in the customer service business and manage all the customer service reps in the company I work for. IF I were in charge, I would have only charged the customer for the mileage and right amount of gas. I would have said «I’m very sorry that you reserved the wrong truck, I want you to come back in the future and tell your friends how we took care of you so I’m not going to charge you for the reservation or the insurance since you did not use it. However I am going to have you pay for the wear and tear of the 11 miles you put on the truck and the 11 miles of gas you used.» You would have me as a customer for life.

My family moved recently and Junior Delgado made sure they were taken care of from start to finish he helped turn a horrible day around and went above and beyond to make sure the day went smooth and stress free

Used Lock & Leave this week. We were having a horrible moving day, Junior Delgado, operation manager, treated us like friends. Everything from initial contact to truck being on time and unloading into the unit went smooth and helped de-​stress the day. Thank you so much for being professional and treating us so well.

I just opened up a unit with this facility so my experience so far is limited … No complaints though. The staff is AMAZING. Friendly and efficient service from the first call I made. It’s rare to meet a group of more friendly people. I have spoken to and met three staff members and they were all very friendly and very helpful. I don’t have much experience with storage units — this being my first, so I am not sure how rates compare. So far so good.

The storage buildings are nice it’s just too bad the units aren’t lit nor are there any electrical outlets. My friend, my mom and I all have units here because the staff more than make up for any amenities the facility might lack. Amber and her staff are all super nice and provide excellent customer service every time I go there.

Have had my things stored here for eight months very nice people. Price is reasonable havnt had any problems so far only problem I have is it closes at 7 and I usually need to get in there after that.
