Elise J Daggs, DDS

I happen to be here because Dr Daggs was recommended to me as a dentist who can put a crown on my implant. I was in 3 appointments with Dr Daggs (one of which happened to be useless due to Dr Daggs’s failure to prepare for the procedure) and here is my conclusion: avoid getting involved with Dr Daggs because 1) she is incompetent 2) Dr Daggs is a liar.
Long story short. The crown she put on my implant failed 5 months later. I requested a full refund. Dr Daggs said that she would do so. But, she did not refund me. Every call to her office goes on the same scenario: the receptionist (an arrogant lady talking to you the way so you feel very little) says she would pass my request to Dr Daggs and asks for my phone number to call me back. And of cause, nobody calls me back. I am currently filing a claim with the Alameda civil court for $ 1267 that I left in Dr Daggs’s office paying it all out of pocket.

On my first visit Dr Daggs examined my implant and got a paperwork from me with the information about the implant type. She said she would be able to put an appropriate crown on my implant. By my next visit Dr Daggs wes supposed to have delivered all the crown parts (from the implant supplier) that she would need to do the procedure. When I came for the second visit, Dr Daggs started the procedure with removing the temporary crown that I was wearing on my implant. She dropped the temporary crown on the floor. I did not care as I thought I was going to have a new permanent crown on that day.
However, in the middle in the procedure (with all anastesia done) Dr. Daggs told to me that she would be unable to finish the procedure because she needed other/​more parts from the implant supplier. I had to wait until the parts arrived and come again. Dr Daggs inserted the temporary crown back into my mouth. I asked the assistant if she had cleaned the temporary crown as saw it rolling all over the floor. She said that she did clean it. I left the office with a disgusting feeling but I had no choice — I did not want to stay with a hole in my mouth for a week or so. In my 3^rd visit to Dr Daggs the supposedly permanent crown was finally installed. But it lasted just 5 months. The rest of the story and developments are above.

Great Dentist! My family and I started coming here after a previous bad experience at a different dentist and have been thoroughly impressed! While they are rough when cleaning your teeth they make sure to get them clean.

Yes, yes, yes! If you are wondering if you should become a patient of Dr. Dagggs the answer should be yes. As a result of a childhood injury I was extremely fearful of going to the dentist, even as an adult. When I finally arrived at Dr. Daggs office my face was swollen from an infection and my teeth were in poor condition. I was so frightened, as I knew that my teeth were in need of major restoration. Dr. Daggs and her team not only took great care of my teeth, they also took great care of my emotional state, as I was a nervous wreck when I walked in. I was literally in tears when I arrived and smiling when I left. Today, almost 9 months later I walked into the office smiling and wasn’t the least bit nervous when I sat in the chair. What a great relief to have finally found a dentist I can truly trust. Not only is Dr. Daggs a talented dentist, she also truly cares about her patients and takes time to make certain they are comfortable and understand what procedures need to be done.
If you are looking for a dentist that you can trust and have confidence in, then you have to check out Dr. Daggs and her team. I feel like I am very lucky to have found her. Normally I wouldn’t take time to «Yelp» somebody, however Dr. Daggs and her team have given me the the best dental experience I could have ever imagined.

So I have found my new dentist with Dr. Daggs…
I had been looking for a new dentist for a while, but was a little nervous since I have only ever been to ONE dentist in my life. He is very good, but I was looking for a new place to go. A friend recommended Dr. Daggs, saying that Dr. Daggs had cured her of dental phobia, but I was still a little skeptical. I have never been a fan of anyone working on my mouth or my feet.
Anyways, I made an appointment and lo and behold, they are in the same office that my very first job ever was in! Dr. Daggs’ staff made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in, and Dr. Daggs herself is personable, very knowledgeable, and funny. She was patient and explained everything she was doing, and why she was doing it. The office is clean, modern, and calming. You even get to look up at clouds during your visit! (Ok, not REALLY, but each room has overhead lights that have pretty cloud covers so it appears like a skylight — and the windows look out onto trees from the second story).
I had my teeth cleaned, x-​rays done (I had never seen them pop up on a laptop right after they were taken, so that was pretty cool! Lots of nifty gadgets!) and came back for fillings in two teeth. My mouth is extremely small and not very flexible due to a connective tissue problem, but Dr. Daggs was able to work through it during my waaaaaaay back tooth and front tooth fillings. She was gentle and patient with me, and did her best to make sure I comfortable throughout.
All in all, I’m so glad that I came to see her, and will be back in six months for my next cleaning! :)

I am a former dental assistant who is very picky about who and how work is done in my mouth! I got the full treatment from x-​rays, exam, cleaning, and then whitening. Each person I worked with took great care of me, checked to make sure I was okay to continue, and in the end the results were amazing! I got my teeth 3 – 4 shades lighter and confidence my oral health is in top form. That is especially important since I am a coffee drinker! Plus most people are not aware that oral health is directly linked to heart health so this is important! Dr. Daggs and her team have high standards of care for my teeth and great customer service. Bonus!

Being new in Pleasanton I needed a dentist and luckily I found Dr. Daggs’ office.
Everyone is very friendly and very accommodating. Dr. Daggs offers oral/​mouth cancer screening test which I have never had before. Even if not covered by dental insurance it is a must in my opinion. I sent my hubby here as well and now we have a new family dentist in Pleasanton!
