Came yesterday with my Camaro car club for a late lunch. We had been tearing up the valley streets, all 20 of us. I have never been to this location, and not much of a burger eater! Had the double double, protein wrap. Wasn’t going to have fries but saw they were cooked extra crisp here, so I splurged. This place gets packed! Even at 2pm. Took awhile to get our food, but it was really good. Fries were on point too! Sat outside on a lovely day. Employees were friendly. Plenty of parking as well.

Not all In n Outs are created equal. There aren’t many great eats in the valley so we’ve come here several times in the last several months and EVERY time, the buns are brunt, fries brown as if the oil they fry it in isn’t disposed daily, and there is only a sliver of lettuce in the burgers. Hands down studio city has the best In n Out.

This location makes the perfect fry light. Haven’t actually been to the location since my coworker always picks up for me but my order is always consistent and I believe that’s major key with chains. So hats off to the fry guys! Thanks for getting them right every damn time

Rating is based on a comparison to other In-&-Outs. Because if you’re a Cali person, then you should already like In-&-Out and these ratings are more for if it’s a good location/service or not. And if you’re not a Cali person, then you should try it out and compare to your hometown favorite. But ask around for the(not so) «secret» menu. Food is as fresh and fast as every other location. Service is always fast and friendly. What gives it the higher rating is the fact that it’s probably one of the most convenient locations to get to. Right off the 118 in the Porter Ranch Shopping Plaza. So there’s plenty of parking versus I just a small lot off to the side for walk-ups only. There’s a dedicated indoor dining area so you don’t have to eat outside or in your car or wait to get home. Remember: food adventures are out there. So eat ‘em up!

Well, it’s in n out. Should I say more? Burgers are always great here. Always perfectly cooked and always fresh. It’s no mystery why there’s long lines. They get thru the lines quickly so I never worry about it. I’m usually going thru the drive thru so I’m always out in 10 – 15 minutes max. Always the better choice compared to other fast food places.

Hi, I am a regular customer at in-n-out Porter Ranch, CA branch. My son and I usually dine inside. But today, I decided to get a take out and dine at home with my wife and son. Alex was going from car to car and taking orders. When he got to the car in front of me, he kneeled to be face to face with the elderly lady driving a sedan. I found that very polite and gracious. When my turn came, I asked him if that was part of his training. «It just felt right», he said and went on taking my order. I cannot find the words to describe the pride and integrity in Alex’s tone when taking my order. I felt like I was in a scene from a 1950’s movie dining at a 5-star restaurant. He made me feel like a million dollar; he truly did. As a business man, I appreciate the extra miles employees like Alex go to make customers welcome. I felt so good about my experience with Alex, I went home and told my son about how far integrity and pride in self will go. How much more successful so many businesses would be with employees like Alex. And then we ate… yum!

I’ll admit that I’m biased in favor of In-N-Out, several different locations, in general. The food is pretty much always good, and I’ve never had a problem with the personnel. What usually makes the difference is the location itself — whether it is messy, allows homeless people to hang out inside, can handle the crowds, etc. I’ve only been in this one early in the day, so I haven’t encountered lunch or afternoon crowds. Always clean and spacious. The staff is always pleasant.

I came here around 6pm on a Tuesday and received my food in about 6 minutes. I gotta say, that is the fastest I’ve ever received an order from In-n-Out and it was exactly what I wanted: animal style double double with whole grilled onion and animal style fries. I have to applaud the consistency of this place. I can’t believe that it’s the same exact burger every time. I noticed other Unilocalers mentioning that the service was not friendly and the fries were undercooked. I saw neither of these issues; however, this is not my normal location. One thing I will say, though, is that both the fries and patty were seasoned perfectly. Some locations really hold back on the salt and it’s hard to get that flavor in once everything is done being cooked.

I’ve been coming to this In-N-Out since I was a freshmen at CSUN over a decade ago. In all those years, I’ve never seen a dip in service or food quality. Just an increase in foot traffic. As always, their burgers are fresh and delicious. Sure, you will have to wait longer for your meal than at, say, McDonalds, but that’s what you’ve gotta do to get something as delicious as this. Only downside is that the drive thru can be slow moving. I honestly find it faster to just go inside & order to go. Sure, you might have to get out of your car, but hey, a little exercise never killed anyone. Right?

Consistently delicious hamburgers especially the animal style. The protein style is good as well when you want a light meal.

Horrible drive through service This is a regular in n out for me. And every time I come through the drive through you guys have horrible service. CRANKY people working at the window I just want to tell them if you don’t want to work go home because there’s a lot of other people that would like a job and be happy at where they work! I love in n out but I don’t think I will be coming to this one anymore even tho it is really close to my house I would rather drive down to the one in Northridge just for the better service! You can come to this in n out of you guys want horrible service and people basically throwing the food into your car!

I’m sure by now we all have our favorite locations that we like to frequently go to. This location happens to be one of mine. Anything good and most of all consist with the quality and most of all the service. I enclosed a photo of the double double and fries. The presentation of the burger that each bite you taste each of the condiments and most of all the color of the fries. Cooked to perfection. Not to lite and most of all not to dark. Dark no good. Return them. For a fast food location you all do a great job. The drive-thru, however can take a bit long. I would recommend to go inside. Must have patience if you go to the drive-thru.

I always come in with the most complicated order. We ask for sides of this, extra that. They have never gotten an order wrong yet. This place is really impressive, the lines move quickly and no one is ever rude. I’ve had countless dine in experiences here, and the bathrooms are always clean and smelling nice. For me, this is a treasured location. I love ordering my fries animal style. Thanks to the awesome employees who NEVER touch cash then touch the food. That’s a big pet peeve of mine.

Great service, good food, always busy. In-N-Out holds a special place in my stomach as one of my favorite fast food places. This location has been one of the go to places for me & my friends especially on a Friday or Saturday night passed 10. Service has consistently been friendly & helpful no matter how busy it gets. Due to its location in the shopping center, drive-thru tends to wrap around the building. My go-to is a Cheeseburger(grilled onions & extra toast) & Well Done Fries. Every now & then, I have their other secret menu items such as the Animal Style Fries or a 4×4. Been pretty happy with this place since it’s close to home for me.

Fantastic location! Friendly staff, even better food, clean environment and organized parking lot. Get a double meat with thousand island dressing, tomato, lettuce, grilled onions, classic! I always get fries too. If I’m feeling extra deviant I’ll get a napoleon shake! It’s amazing how much you can get for $ 11 for two people and the quality is unbeatable. In & Out and Mexican food is like California staple food. If you’re not craving In & Out and Mexican food when you’re away from home then maybe you’re not a true Californian, just kidding. But seriously, you have to try an In & Out burger unless you’re a vegan. Makes for a good old fashion date, yes I said date! It’s the simple things in life. I wonder if they’ll come out with in and out food trucks to cater events, this would be so fabulous to have at parties!

In N Out is always packed. This drive-thru was pretty fast. The service was great. The guy who took my order smiled and remember to suggest getting water cups in this hot weather. Overall the food and service here is superb. No complaints. The parking is ample.

In-N-Outs typically have similar service. It’s always busy, it always takes a long while to get your food. The drive thru is crowded here too. I’ve resolved to never to sit in the drive thru so we always head inside whether we’re dining in or ordering take-out. The food here was good, service was fine. I love me some of their«special sauce». I could pour that stuff over everything.

Im a burger connoisseur and nothing will top off a delicious In n out burger for me. Location– Prime time location. HUGE shopping center with a ralphs, walmart, best buy, and toys r us and much more. Across the street from Shepard of the HIlls so on Sundays expect to wait a while to get your burger! Parking– The in n out parking lot its self is very very small and gets congested with long drive thru lines and gets risky when people are pulling out of the drive thru and you are trying to pull in or leave. If you dont mind walking an extra 20 steps theres a ton of parking right across the way from the drive thru that isnt an issue at all. Food– Porter ranch in n out is my top 3 in n outs. 1 goes to barstow on the way to vegas, 2 is balboa and lassen and thankfully the one right next to home is number 3. ANDBELIEVEME, theres not much of a difference between the top 3. I used to always get a number 1 with grilled onions with a coke, ive moved on to bigger and better things, I go with the 3×3 combo, i just feel like you get just the right amount of extra flavor that will satisfy you and not give you the little extra room in your stomach to maybe commit to another burger. Everyone probably knows about the secret menu and stuff so im not going to go into much detail about it because i rarely use it unless i asked for chopped chilis in my burger because i want to add a little spice to my life. Service– 100 percent customer service, always the best service. You are always right and they always fix whatever you need or get you whatever you need with no questions or problems, they appreciate you as a customer and are always excited to help its awesome. Rachel took my order and served me once, she was great, answered all my questions helped my big group of friends out, was very patient with us, and was awesome! Absolutely love this place and might have cried when they opened right next to my house. Thank you for loving me in n out and im thankful i get to love you back. In n out is 10⁄10 in general but having this one in my top 3 locations and right next to home makes it a 15⁄10. its delicious its always fresh, its always awesome, its fast, and the service is excellent. Thank you for being the burger that you are!!!

The in n out line is ridiculous on Sunday’s! It got to the point that the traffic blocks the intersection. I give this In N Out 3 stars because of its horrible parking and drive thru situation. Then again, I have yet to see a branch that has ample parking and an organized drive thru. I ordered a protein style hamburger, with grilled onions and chopped chilies along with fries and a pink lemonade. Tasted as good as always. Once the parking and drive thru is improved, then my rating will increase.

You can’t live in California and not know In n’ Out. This location follows the standard which has been set by the famous California burger chain known for its delicious yet fresh fast food. You won’t be disappointed I assure you of that. About this specific location: it’s set inside of a huge strip mall parking lot, amongst tons of stores that would invite all day shopping(arts and crafts, home repair). There aren’t many other food options here, other than a Subway, Souplantation and TGIF. Which means a lot of people end up going here bc there’s not much of a choice. On a Saturday afternoon there were LONGLINES. The food here is terrific of course. I usually get the #2, a cheeseburger animal style, fries and drink. Do you know about the off menu options? They have seating for about 30 – 40 ppl here, including outside. It gets windy at this location, but they have nice deep trays so don’t worry about losing our food. And there’s even a tray holder on the trash cans too. If you do sit outside though, you may be surrounded by cars waiting in the drive thru line!
