Jack in the Box

I got a jumbo jack cheeseburger no tomato easy in the pickle. It was bomb. I got a raspberry iced tea and it was so watered down it didn’t even taste like tea. Over all it was a good midnight snack but not my first choice.

Before going in to work, we stop off here to get our fix of food and drinks before conquering the mountain. They are always open, and never mind that we sit and talk about work for over an hour; at least they never chased us out. The food is just okay, but the tacos and onion rings are favorites from the old days. Jack-​in-​the-​box has a special place in my heart from High School days, and will always be special to remember how life was so simple…

The one star review is for the manager I’m sure the crew is just your average fast food crew… mistakes happen I come to find out more often times than not but it’s how they deal with it after that… I kept explaining over the phone how they messed up my order and she kept telling me she was sorry I felt that way. I kept having to explain to her that they’re messing up my food wasn’t a feeling it was a statement. When I got there with my receipt she tried making it seem as though it was my fault for not realizing that it was a few dollars more than it should have been!!! I had to explain to her that I swiped my card and didn’t even really realize what the price was… excuse me if people come to Jack in the Box stoned at night for the stoner meals… So this time the screw up was on the order taking side… just one time I would like to go to a fast food place, order and get what I ordered. Looks like it’s going to bed again with no meal… is there any way to get that minimum wage dollar increase back out of these screw ups

this place is great, and very local to me. there usually a nice guy working in the drive thru that is very great and gives great service

FOOD POISNING***** from this spot!!! I’ve gotten it twice !!! Do not eat here. I thought I’d give it another chance, but no. I got sick from their breakfast. Thanks a lot …

I have to say when it comes to breakfast items Jack-​in-​the-​Box tends to exceed every other drive-​through menu out there including McDonald’s. This particular location has a young gentleman at the drive-​through who is always so nice and just is sweet. I know this may not seem like a big deal to most people reading this review however, if you really pay attention to drive through etiquette most people just want to get you in and out don’t bother to ask if we need napkins or catch up I don’t really think happy to be doing the type of job they do which is understandable. Regardless I don’t feel that that kind of attitude needs to be passed over to the customer. We all do have a choice as to what type of jobs we would like to get it. Anyway back to the young gentleman, I don’t recall his name but I always remember how nice he is towards me and everyone else in the car he always acknowledges everyone who he can see. My order was pretty simple 2 hashbrowns and 2 orange juices nothing out of the ordinary he asked if I needed more napkins and a specific amount of ketchup i mean really thank you your job is so simple but the fact that you go out of your way for your customers makes me want to come back.

This place is one of my favorite Jack in the box! I never had bad service. The whole crew is great and the cooks are so sweet! Ghovany is awesome! He has the best customer service and he always has a friendly smile. Overall, wonderful management and great food!

How about letting the oil drain from your fried food? I hate it when I look forward to eating something but later finding out it’s drenched with oil? Is the fryer not hot enough? Are you not leaving it to drain? I hate it when I pay good hard earned money for something then have to throw it out. I regret visiting. Total waste of money. Yuk!

Hadn’t been to Jack in months. Went seeking WAFFLE breakfast sami. ‘Tis no more.
Next best thing, I shouldn’t even admit to eating… but now decide to do so proudly,
No.21 Loaded Breakfast Sandwich Combo is OFF THE CHAIN for $ 5.77 after tax. California sales tax, you’re killing me!!! grrr. That sandwich tho… LOADED. undeniable. So freaking money. Should have purchased extra hash brown x2.

My boyfriend & I go spontaneously sometimes around midnight, I know how annoying it can be having a customer that late but the service is always great & the drive thru lady is always very friendly. No complaints what so ever

Had they put everything we needed the first few times, the ignorant manager wouldn’t have to holler «WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED?» At us… if management is this rude, what do you expect from the rest of the associates. No thanks we won’t come back!

I got nothing to complain about this Jack in the Box. Honestly the best one I’ve ever been to! The staff is very friendly, finally a fast food place where the workers don’t seem sick of their lives. Their service was much better than expected and it didn’t take hours just to make a couple of burgers.
Last night we got hungry and decided to grub on some Jack in the Box thanks to their expedient location we were able to fulfill our craving. There’s nothing better than 12 am munchies. If you’re around the Northridge or Porter Ranch area I recommend you come down to this Jack in the Box, you won’t regret it!

Go during the day because all the ladies are very friendly, polite and always get my order correct. Don’t go late night ever, the night manager has been working there for years and couldn’t get an order right to save his life. You know the extremely rude bald guy that always asks you to reverse your car through the drive through so he can start that window timer over cuz he’s terrible at his job and takes forever to give you the wrong order with a lot of attitude. This guy charges you for everything you order but doesn’t give you half your items, he’s probably just keeping it.

I would never rate a fast food chain, let alone give them a five star rating but this particular locations deserves it!
The food is consistently good. I tend to alter everything I order and they truly listen. I have never had my order messed up. Another big plus is the staff is always very friendly and always seems happy to be there. That is a sign of excellent management.

This jack in the box is a good location, clean, and friendly fast service ! The place is not a zoo with a bunch of tweekers running in an out, good place to eat an study or just grab a bite to eat an go

Annoying commercials, nice that they serve breakfast all day, it’s asking too much for their food to be better. Nothing really stands out.

Best Jack in the Box out there. Seriously, I drive to this location probably 1 – 3 times/​month and the guys there (usually drivethrough but inside as well) are always the FRIENDLIEST and always seem so happy and grateful to have their jobs. It’s so refreshing to see that in fast food establishments. They always put a smile on my face.
ANNND the food is always yummy.
The few times that I have gone inside to eat, the tables could have definitely been wiped down more frequently because there was never a clean table, but everything else makes up for it. I just wipe it down myself.

Pretty impressed how nice the girl working last night was considering it was 12am. So thank you.
I ordered everything off the $ 1 menu, including the special $ 1 Large Sodas at this time. Everything was pretty fresh tasting; I know it’s not though.
Drive-​Thru was pretty fast. In-​N-​Out was closed down the street so that’s why we came here.

BEST location ever! Super clean, efficient & friendly staff!
