Claire helped sell my home in SE Portland recently, and I can’t say enough great things about her.
I found Claire by searching online and looking at the listings photos that different realtors were using. I was really impressed by the quality of her listings, which is what led me to reach out. I ended up meeting with a number of brokers, and Claire by far had the best marketing materials and seemed like the easiest to work with. She’s very straightforward, and she’ll tell you like it is. She was also very responsive (as in, she’ll usually respond to emails within the hour), which I really appreciated as we got further along in the home selling process.
We ended up selling our home for above asking price in less than a week, and I completely credit that to Claire and the marketing plan she came up with. She was fantastic at communicating with my husband and I, which is so, so important when it comes to buying or selling a home.

I just got off the phone with Claire. We may not be working with her but she is representing a property that we are interested in placing an offer on. I never do this, but she is amazing! She is candid, kind, and understanding. She gives great advice, and provide peace of mind. I couldn’t be more appreciative.

If there’s anything that beats outstanding it will be Claire. Claire came recommended by my mortgage broker. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Claire has been upfront, responsive and supportive the whole time. From my perspective I believe Claire seems to enjoy finding people a home that’s right for them — It’s not just a sales transaction for her.
Claire understood exactly what my wife and I were looking for and provided a quality consultation during and after each showing. Claire has an eagle eye. During one showing Claire asked us what was missing from the kitchen. My wife and I looked around the kitchen and couldn’t identify the missing item. Claire noticed the stove was missing. This is just one example of many where Claire pointed out to us the things that weren’t so obvious to the normal/​fresh house hunter.
Claire recently helped us work through a short-​sale. As most know there’s nothing short about a short-​sale. Claire walked us through each part of the long process and provided us with quality consultation along the way to assist us in making solid educated decisions.
Claire went far and above the call of duty. During closing we encountered an issue from the appraisal that required us to make some minor repairs. Because it was a short-​sale we were limited by time and the tasks were left to my wife and I to complete. Claire insisted that she come out and provide whatever assistance she could. She showed up with her husband and both dug in to help get the items fixed and pass the appraisers final review. The transaction closed on time and my wife and I have since moved in.
