I only frequent this establishment because it’s in the same building as my place of work, BUT it’s a great place! I come back everyday for my coffee! When my husband doesn’t feel like feeding me, they toast my everything bagel to perfection. The employees are always very friendly, as long as you don’t act like a Prima Donna(let that be a lesson, folks; act like a jerk and you will be treated as such).

I don’t get any of the negative reviews for this place. The service has been wonderful and accomodating to me every single time — the guys have even taken the time to learn my name and greet me every single time I come in. They converse and joke around with customers. It is laid back, wifi is great; ambiance is nice with all of the bright windows especially on sunny days. I appreciate that it is a true neighborhood coffee shop — no frills, just blue collar, down home folks making coffee and providing ACTUAL decent diverse food options vs. $ 8 fluffy, froofy vegetarian wraps in a fridge that just get heated up and taste mediocre. I’m a fan of these guys.

A good spot if you’re looking to get some work done away from the office. Quiet atmosphere, but picks up during lunch as people from the neighboring businesses come for a quick sandwich, salad or beverage. WiFi use will require a purchase in order to get the password, but don’t let that deter you.

Came in yesterday for a regular coffee and breakfast sandwich. I was expecting everything to be mediocre but was pleasantly surprised that everything was actually really good.

Good little coffee shop. Basic coffee, self serve. Also a good spot for sandwiches and bagel breakfast wraps. Sandwiches are always freshly made on Daves Killer Bread. They offer a punch card for repeat customers. Friendly service and pretty fast too.

The main reason for the low score is the rude employee attitude. Don’t dare ask for a pickle with your sandwich or ask to change an order. This place is a great example of what happens when employees embody the attitude that the customer is always wrong. Please try to go out of your way for someone. On top of the lack of customer service, the coffee and food is nothing special. This place survives off of my companies employees. Convenience has paid the way so far but beware as new competition enters the area. We will remember how we’ve been talked down to and ignored.

Went in for a coffee before I went to OMSI with the kids just to get something to boost my energy. Liked the benches inside but so so service. I had a sandwich which was good but just tasted like your everyday Costco chicken salad. The cookies were yummy and pretty though.

Cooper’s benefits greatly from being the only game in town. There’s not a lot else around this location. Sandwiches are not bad, prices are fair, service is hit-or-miss, but usually good. I just feel that if there were another option nearby, Cooper’s would suffer by comparison.

This place is unremarkable. Came here during a break from a day class I was taking at the PCCCLIMB building. Menu seemed diverse, breakfast sando and lunch sando options available. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese and a soy milk steamer. My bagel was squished flat with way too much cream cheese but it was toasted well and bagel was tasty. Steamer just tasted like soy milk heated in a microwave. Not very hot or foamy as I usually experience from other places. I’d only come back here if I was taking a class again, merely because of it’s proximity to the classroom.

Here for a regatta. Awesome coffee. Lovely bagel that was perfectly toasted with the warm cream cheese. Great service with a smile. They were super busy with the crew kids all wanting hot drinks. No public bathrooom.

This place rocked my socks off! I’v been stopping by on the weekends before or after my runs on the Springwater Corridor. It’s super cute and convenient. Located on the same street of OMSI, it might be the closest coffee place to the Trail Head of the corridor. The location alone makes this place hot to stop for! The two guys who work Saturday mornings are great! Super friendly! What really makes me happy is the perfection of the hot chocolate I order! It’s not rocket science, but sadly most mom and pop places don’t make it right! I like it made with Breve with no foam or whip cream! These guys make it exactly how I order it! Most every place will hand me a cup of foam with my chocolate, which really irritates me! Considering Breve is 60 cents extra! So KUDOS to the guys at Coopers for making my run that much more satisfying! If they were just open Sundays I would hug them!

Great service, always friendly and fast. They are also patient with the varied clientele. Ranges from homeless, high school kids, runners/bikers, high dollar folk and people who work in the area. Food and coffee are good and you get a great value for the cost. I go to coopers for the ambience.

Best part about this place is if you bring your own mug you get ur coffee for a buck instead of 2! Down side is that the baristas are really unfriendly. I dont get it. Ur in the service industry arent u supppose to friendly and nice to ur customers? A smile wont kill ya. Sandwiches are pretty good. And it is wonderful place to sit outside on a sunny day.

This place is great for anybody taking a class at the PCCCLIMB Center across the street, it’s very convenient since there are literally no other food options in the area. They have pretty cheap coffee here($ 2 for a 20 oz. drip coffee). I had their French roast and it was very nice and not bitter, and HOT — I’ve had drip coffees at other shops where it’s lukewarm. Come on, really? It’s a nice atmosphere with friendly staff. They have seats and tables right outside the store, from which I believe you can see the Willamette river. Great view!

Beware parking in the attached lot! I went inside for coffee and came out to a $ 44 ransom note. There’s a tiny sign at the lot entrance informing you to park in a visitor spot, or else. Make sure you read it. Seems like Cooper’s would work with their property manager to select a more visitor friendly parking lot monitor, lest their customers be frightened away by unfair parking penalties.

Cooper’s is a great place. Not only for good coffee, but a great lunch as well. I eat here a couple times a week and have never had anything I didn’t like.

Oh hello, I stumbled across this place while taking a class across the street at PCC. The service was fast, the food was decently priced and the sandwiches and soups are solid. Also the friendliest most efficient staff ever. Oh hello, I shall return.

Went by Cooper’s for lunch yesterday, and was very impressed! I only knew they had coffee and figured they had the typical small café snacks that usually accompany said coffee. I was in for a treat! I had a delicious Cooper’s chicken salad sandwich that came on tasty toasted bread. Their lunch sandwiches also come with chips, making sure you are satisfied. Very cute atmosphere, perfect for a quick bite, or(if you’re a coffee drinker) sitting and enjoying your coffee/hot cider.
