D&R bought the phone number to the last company that serviced our furnace. The technicians that came were unprofessional and did not seem to have a clue about what they were doing. Scratched their heads for nearly and hour and then charged us $ 215 to tell us we needed two parts but could tell us how much the parts would cost or when they would become available. If we had not been watching and inquiring about what they were doing they would have left wires unhooked resulting in us not having heat when it was freezing out.
We called the office to cancel the part order as we were not comfortable doing business with this company. We ended up talking with the office manager who said she would find the parts and send a different technician out to install them. That was four days ago and we have never heard back. Thankfully we didn’t wait and contacted another company that came out at 5:00 pm that same day to diagnose the issue, which did not require parts, and they did not even charge us.

The Gas furnace went out at my Salon on a Sunday. And if that wasnt bad enough the Gas water heater went out too! The Gas company referred me to a place that I thought could come first thing Monday morning…{the Monday before Christmas on Friday} But they said not until the 29th or 30th… Too late for my Holiday hairdo clients!
So I called D and R Heating explained my emergency and they came out the same day actually they are so close they were here in minutes!
I cant tell you how happy I am Kevin is here now working on fixing them both.
We have a very busy Salon, especially Holiday season so this Company is a real blessing to all of the 8 of us who work here and our clients who depend on us.
I highly recommend this Company!

I called this company after I had a horrible experience with another Heating Company. Michelle in the office couldn’t believe how awful I had been treated. She contacted her Tech, Mark, who worked me into his very busy schedule that same day. He was personable, respectful and knowledgeable and fixed my furnace for free! In the future if I need my furnace repaired I will without a doubt call D&R. This company knows how to treat it’s customers.

We noticed the air system in our house wasn’t efficient. When the AC is on, it is freezing downstairs and much warmer upstairs. Basically, all the circulated air was downstairs. We called them and scheduled an appointment within the week. They were here promptly, and went straight to work investigating the situation. Within 5 minutes, he found the solution to our problem — a damper was closed that allowed the air flow upstairs! This has been shut for over 4 years, and not located in a spot where we would’ve even looked for.

Corie and his team do a great job! Corie has also been out to fix my heater during the cold winter months working me into his schedule.
D&R was able to do my air con install within a few hours of arrival and without any hassle. Their price was reasonable compared to other quotes I received. The office staff was easy to work with regarding payment.
