Have had insurance through them for years on a dozen cars, houses, rentals, etc. Called to get insurance for my son’s new car and although I said we were picking up the car the next day, she was somehow under the impression that I wanted a quote. We did discuss price but I certainly left that call thinking I had insurance. Dan tells me I should have noticed when cards didn’t come in the mail even though we get mail from them every week for one thing or another. Apparently his staff never make mistakes. Impressive. I will have to pull that off with my employees. Bad service after over 25 years with his firm. This should easily fall into the category of «we’ll make it right». I have to pay the credit union over $ 300 for a lapse in coverage that I shouldn’t have had.

I got car insurance through an independent agent in place of the 800 number approach for more personalized, direct, accountable service. I added roadside assistance after talking to my insurer and was informed that I could add roadside for less than $ 5 per month and that the only limitations were about the number of miles the tow could be for. Then I call to set up a tow as my starter dies on the road and I’m told that my policy has been cancelled due to using my roadside assistance and that they set up each tow as a claim instead so now my record looks like I ve had accidents when I’ve just been towed for flat tires twice and a third when my battery died. Of course since they didn’t bother to actually reach me I didn’t even know that they had cancelled my policy. Now the gap in my insurance time is costing me too, because of INTENTIONAL MISREPRESENTATION OF SERVICES. TRASHY DAN LUCICH, TRASHY. So if you’re scrolling through agents I assure you that any of the others must be a better option than this incompetent office.
