H&T is the product of Eric Lozano’s (owner) many years of experience in both property management and construction. Eric has about 8 years construction experience and 8 years management experience.

H&T focuses on a dynamic and active interaction with both owner and tenants. The result is clear information regarding the property and its residents. Clear information helps makes clear decisions.

As managers we manage the interactions and relationships around a property. Our end goal is a successful property providing solid returns and creating a happy home.

Eric has a passion for homes and housing. He has a fundamental interest in how two very different parties can come together and have a great result. Owners invest in properties because of their attractive, stable returns. Tenants seek properties that give a sense of home, a base from which to live life. So Eric is fascinated by this ultimate challenge of working to make sure both parties are as happy as they can be as much of the time as possible. And it is possible.
