Good lawd! Quite possibly the best shake I’ve ever had! A bit pricey but good nonetheless. Get one, you won’t regret it.

So glad this exists! The concept is executed perfectly, and it really is a ‘late shake’ generally open frm 7−11pm. One might suggest the price is a bit steep for what it is. I would agree it’s a little on the high end, but obviously people are willing to pay it, and I can justify in my mind with the quality and speciality ingredients they’re using. I had the honey bee shake, and it was awesome. Not going to lie, the little flower garnish on top heavily influenced my decision. But I would definitely order this one again, perfect and balanced flavor.

Best milkshakes ever! We couldn’t decide if we liked the Woodblock Mocha or the Honey Bee better.

Best milkshakes in town by far. Very creative recipes. Also great dairy free options.

I stopped by at 8pm-ish on a Saturday and there was no line and two people were enjoying shakes inside. The two employees were chatting with each other and I got the vibe I was interrupting them. I ordered two shakes to go and thought they asked me, «So are you hanging out with any chicks later?» I answered saying I was going home to chill with my boyfriend and they muttered something like, oh cool. I then realized they weren’t talking to me at all. If they were really busy, I could totally understand not interacting with customers. The whole situation was awkward and I wouldn’t want to inconvenience them with my business again. Yes the flavors are interesting. But $ 6.75 for a 14oz shake(and awkward service) seems steep.

Took a chance here instead of the ever popular PDX usuals, and glad I did! Killer milkshake. Was impressed by the creative flavors and understated use of ingredients. Ice cream takes the front seat here, and the flavors actually ADD to the milkshake instead of overpowering it with an over sweet sugar bombardment. The vibe is definitely unique, in the best way possible. The place is set up in the Dapper & Wise coffee shop on Friday & Saturday nights, and this creates something a bit different — a lounge worthy, coffee shop vibe with milkshakes. Cool concept. Not that I’m vegan or lactose intolerant(though even if I was both, I think I might bend the rules for this place), but it’s worth noting that they have dairy free options, which is pretty rare. Don’t think I’ve seen this much elsewhere. Humble beginnings are how most of my now favorite places started, so I’m always excited to find someplace before it catches on and goes big… will definitely be back!

Skip the massive line at Salt n’ Straw and head to Late Shake. Good vibe inside, seating available outside and their to-die-for-shake-flavors! There’s so much depth to their flavors– luckily now I hear they plan to keep the same flavors available for a month– so you have plenty of try to taste them all. I hope they plan on being open daily when summer comes.

Taylor makes the best milkshakes ever! The only bummer was just had to pay for it this time! Nestled in an awesome coffee shop, you will not be disappointed with the atmosphere they have going. Your shake is made to order by Taylor himself and he loves to chat while working his magic so make sure to say hi!

Unbelievable. I never dreamed that such a simple food could become something so delicious. The flavors are complex, yet accessible. The customer service is efficient, yet friendly. The ingredients that go into each flavor aren’t what you’d describe as «normal,» and this is a good thing… This place redefines the standard for for what a milkshake could be. Google’s new top search for«milkshake» should be a photo of Late Shake. I had a pumpkin/honey/sea salt milkshake, and I could pick out each ingredient as I sipped it. The flavors of each ingredient played off each other perfectly, and I’m pretty sure I have been cured of all physical sickness and emotional instability. Depressed? Down about life? Got a broken heart? Maybe a broken arm? Late Shake! These shakes heal. This overdramatic review aside, grab some friends(or maybe a date) and go to Late Shake. Taylor really is a pro, and I had the best freaking milkshake of my life.
