I called ahead and asked if they schedule appointments, and they said no. When I came in I began to wait. The people who were ahead of me went and then about 3 or 4 other people walked in over the period I waited and went straight to get their hair cut. I waited for an hour and then left. I don’t know about the quality of the haircuts but that was really unprofessional for them to allow others to cut in line when I was not allowed to make an appointment.
