History
Established in 2013.
Kristin and Rachael started this business to combine their studios to provide their students with more opportunities and to support every student’s desire to grow at what ever speed works for the student. Having a performing arts community where students can share with each other as well as take lessons with different teachers promotes growth in the students artistic process.
Meet the Business Owner
Kristin H.
Business Owner
Originally from Ohio, Kristin received her Bachelor of Arts and Communications in Theater Arts from Bowling Green State University. She moved from Ohio to Chicago, IL and began working in various theaters across the city. While in Chicago she was Artistic Director of a non-profit theater company that focused on new play development.
In 2009, she moved to Portland, OR to pursue her Master in Theatre, graduating in 2011. Kristin has apprenticed under world renowned directors such as Tito Capobianco, David Edwards and Elizabeth Bachman. In 2013 she worked as faculty for the Tyrolean Opera Program in Maurach Austria. In 2013 she directed a new play «The Rat» and assistant directed Benjamin Britten’s «A Midsummer Nights Dream.» She works summers as Acting faculty at the Napa Music Festival. Currently, she privately coaches voice, flute, acting, acting for singers, and Public Speaking, as well as, instructs larger Master classes on Auditioning, and Acting for Singers.
