Great, fast service. Got us in for an appointment quickly. They called us with an update at 9:30 and had it finished the same day. Needed break pads and new rotors for my volvo and they provided honest work. Even offered us a discount on break flush. Will take our other car here when ever we need it! Nice having a place in the neighborhood!

Friendly and helpful service. Easy access and immediate attention. Bobby the mechanic was efficient and took the time to educate me about my car issues. Definately would go back and recommend to others

They have no clue what to do. We took our suburban in for a brake inspection, and was told we needed four calipers and both front rotors along with pads all around. Ok no biggie I already knew this since I use to be a tech at the local Chevy dealer. So I tell the mechanic the back rotors need turned down that they are warped. He tells me their is no need to turn em and argues with me about it. So against my better judgement we have them do the work. A week later I’m driving my wife’s suburban for the first time since the brake job was completed, and the first thing I noticed is the rotors didn’t get turned cause the whole truck shook when I hit the brake. Next I Park the suburban on a hill apply the ebrake before I set it in Park and the suburban started rolling. Wtf. I immediately call the brake team and complain the next day the Suburban is back at their shop and they proceeded to tell me they have to replace the brake shoes for the e-​brake and the rear rotors, and that pulling the rear rotors to check the brake shoes is not part of a inspection. What a crock of shit if you ask me and yes they wanted to charge me over three hundred bucks more. Never ever go to these crooks save your self from shady work

These guys did an amazing job. We were quoted TRIPLE the price to fix the timing belt, valve cover gasket, and the motor mount on our ’99 Civic. I would be carless right now if it weren’t for Brake Team. Thank you all for doing an awesome and honest job while keeping reasonable prices.

Was able to make an appointment no problem, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my brakes quickly and at. A very affordable price. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

So I never made an appointment, I just dropped in on a Saturday and Micah was ready to help and get the brake work done on my car that day. He even gave me a loaner car to drive home while I waited. When he did call me to come get the car he took me into the shop and showed me on my car what parts I needed and why and gave me a great price on the work. The brakes work great! Thanks brake team for your awesome work!!!

I made an appointment to get my brake pads done at 9am. When I arrived, the office was open but no one was there. I waited inside the office until 9:20 when a woman that worked there finally arrived. She was unapologetic about the wait and unprofessional. She said she didn’t know where the mechanic was and that the owner had left to get coffee. I left the shop and will never return. Huge waste of my time.
Update: I originally gave one star and posted the above review. However, this evening Micah called me to apologize and explain the situation. I greatly appreciate that he was willing to do that as many people would not have done the same.

Had my brakes done. They did a great job. Did try and upsell some, but you would always guess that would happen. Still the brakes work a whole lot better. Paid the 88 for front and 88 for rear.

I made an apt for four pm PRIME i5 traffic time. yes I knew this and yes I decided to come regardless. only to show up realizing my apt had not been written down and no they would not be able to help me this evening. this is absolutely absurd. youre wasting people’s time and energy and I hope I can discourage others from doing the same with this review. no effing stars, zero stars.

This place is awesome. They are now under new management with Micah’s hand picked crew. Micah took over the place and changed everything to in regard of customer’s satisfaction, quality work and the excellent service the crew promised to give. I would refer this place to others. Give this place a try!

I agree with Julie I which there was a 0 rating I brought my car in to the break team for work and when they replaced my cluck I get my car back with a bad transmission which did not have a problem before, I had just taken my car in to dick Hannah and they did a diagnostic test and said I needed a cluck only, the break team offered it for 488 but then cam back and told me 799 it was still cheaper than the 1200 so I did it, bad choice I ended up paying for a transmission and than when they changed that my car still needed more work now the speedometer does not work. They promised my car would be done on 4÷18÷2015 but today is 4÷20÷2015 and I will get to pick it up I worrie about what oth r thing I will need to have fixed because of there bad mechanics who are not certified Evan though they told me they were, I did not go to the Vancouver shop I went to there other shop but they are all owed by the same guy who does not stand behind there work I would think twice before I went to any break team. Jordan the owner will not even talk to me he know that his mechanic caused the damage to the transmission. I started this process on February 26^th and I am just getting my car back finished today with a writer contract it would be done on the 18^th. Look out small claims court here I come.

Called on a friday made a appointment for the next tuesday at 10:30. At 10:15 I was called by brake team to inform me that location is closed (nice guy and felt bad). He offered to send me to another location… I had already traved 30miles and was not welling to travel to another location. So he scheduled me for the next day at 10:30 again.
I arrived at my appointment time… the lobby of the office was completely in shambles. There was no where to sit or even stand inside the office. I had a three month old baby and was unsure what I was going to do. I asked how long… he said 3 – 4 hours… there is no way I could just sit outside on curb with a baby for that long. Some guy (later found out it was the owner) offered me a ride home, seemed really creepy. Plus I live 30 miles away. So they guy said he would hurry.
One hour later I check on my car in the shop… Of course I need back breaks as well. FYI I was just at toyota dealer getting my oil changed and they said back brakes looked good. Manager came over and said he would do the back for free because I drove all the way down the day before. I was happy about that. Manager then left.
I thought ok good my car will be done soon… I look back in the garage and the guy is cleaning! Not working on any cars but cleaning. At this point I have a upset baby who needs to eat. With no lobby or bathroom or anywhere to sit I had to nurse on a curb by a busy road.
I then receive a call from brake team… not the tech in the garage but a different guy. He wants to up sale me on oiling calipers (30.00 each side). I said no! He then tells me how my brakes will wear out if I don’t do the extra thing.
So I told him I wasn’t paying and to put my car back together. I was still feeding and when I was done I expected the tech to be putting my car back together… but he was back to cleaning the garage!
Needless to say I left very upset and still need front brakes!
