I spent $ 9 for a car wash and my car came out dirty and streaky… Maybe they don’t use soap? If you MUST go here then I would suggest bringing your own soap. On the plus side, the guy running the car wash was super friendly.

This is supposed to be able to wash really large vehicles. I ran a brand new Ford transit with ladder racks through there. Attendant checked the vehicle before. No problem. Halfway through, one of the rollers catches my extension ladder, twists it all the way around, breaking the ladder and the rack. No pressure sensitive safety switch. It’s been weeks and weeks just trying to get them to come out and look at the damage, all the whole I’ve got only half a ladder rack on a service truck. Chances they’ll actually pay for the damage? Slim. If you’ve got any racks on your vehicle, or anything that sticks out, don’t go through there.

Asked for a wash and wax and was downgraded to a rinse because my car was too dirty to clean properly. Ran it through the machine wash for the lowest rate and there was a lot of residue left behind. Very disappointing, would not go back.

I got my car cleaned inside and out yesterday. I had my parking pass for my jobs parking structure in my front cup holder. It obviously stated PARKINGPASS in BIGBOLDBLUE letters. I got to work this morning reached for my pass and what do you no, its GONE!!! I no the guy who cleaned my car was in a rush to get off but carelessly throwing away a pass that I CANNOT get replaced is pissing me off to the extreme!!! Oh, but he did leave my people magazine. Not only do I have to walk three blocks or more to work now, but the phone number listed on every web page for this location says its DISCONNECTED!!! I will think of his carelessness every day I struggle to find street parking while my co workers pull right into the lot. Thanks a lot

The first time I used this carwash, the brushes got caught in a gap between panels(in a very new, luxury car) causing extensive damage to the paint and internal parts. Most expensive car wash, ever…

AVOIDATALLCOSTS. The motorized track got jammed in my car’s undercarriage wrecking my driver’s side panel and making it impossible to open my door. A tow truck had to be called in to pull me off the track. Both employees were utterly unhelpful and unequipped to fix anything(neither knew how to reverse the track! The tow truck guy had to figure it out). No effort was made by the owner or anyone else to reimburse me for my time or trouble, in fact, I had a to practically beg them to give me my $ 5 back. This place is dangerous and run by idiots.
