N&C Service has been cleaning businesses in Portland and surrounding areas for almost 50 years. We are locally owned and operated, and we offer complete cleaning services, specializing in Class A and Historic buildings.

Meet the Business Owner

Mark C.

Business Owner

Mark began his career as a part-​time cleaner while attending Carrol College in Helena, MT. Then, after running his own carpet cleaning business, he joined the management team at N&C Service in 1991. In 2003, Mark was appointed President of N&C Service and he purchased the company from founder and friend Paul Nagel. Now, with over 30 years of experience, Mark is well-​versed in all aspects of the cleaning business. He has been instrumental in expanding N&C Service to triple its size since he came on board. Mark is active in the Portland Metropolitan Association of Building Owners and Managers (BOMA), Cascadia Green Building Council, and he is the President-​elect of the Foundation Board of East Portland Rotary. He volunteers for Meals On Wheels and Rebuilding Together, and he enjoys the many wonderful outdoor activities Oregon has to offer.
