Established in 2007.

We are a small local business owned and operated in Portland. But, before we were property managers we were real estate investors. And after years of owning and managing our own properties we decided to offer our services to other property owners in the area who wanted more than a traditional property manager, but instead someone who could truly see rental matters from their prospective.

Nicholas C.

Business Owner

Nicholas is the Owner/​President of Sleep Sound Property Management, Inc. He holds a Bachelors in Real Estate Finance and a Minor in Real Estate Development from Portland State University. Prior to forming Sleep Sound Property Management, Nicholas Cook bought and sold houses privately for nearly 5 years. Mr. Cook is also a continuing education provider and has spoken to real estate offices in the Portland Area such as Keller Williams, Meadows Group, Realtors, Hasson Company and Oregon Realty.

Nicholas Cook is currently a candidate for IREM’s Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and NARPM’s Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation.
