A family owned business making spirits from rice. We currently have four spirits available: Baijiu, the national drink of China and the most consumed spirit in the world, Vodka, Whiskey and Blackberry liqueur.
History
Established in 2009.
We opened our doors in May of 2009 with just 2 products, Mijiu Fire and Mijiu Ice, both of which were fortified rice wines. Today, we have moved towards more of the distilled spirits category, focusing mostly on our baijiu and introducing the world to something that we have been making and enjoying for over seven generations.

Business Owner
We started our distillery because of our late father, Phan Lee. He learned how to distill baijiu from his father and the recipe has been traced back at least seven generations. Our parents used baijiu for every event in our lives, i.e. praying to our ancestors, medicinal purposes, weddings, births, holidays, etc.
Our dad had always been an entrepreneur and noticed baijiu was not available anywhere in stores, so after he was retired from the restaurant business, decided he wanted to bring our baijiu to market. He gathered all his kids around the kitchen table and told us his plan. We all thought he was crazy but didn’t know how to tell him so when he received all of his licenses to open a distillery, there was no turning back.
