Cool It Heat It

Our two year old compressor suddenly stopped working. We called the company who installed it, but they could not come to repair it for two days. We decided to call someone else and see if we could get it repaired sooner.
After reading the reviews regarding Caine Forbes, we decided to call him. He answered on the first ring and said he would be in our area later that afternoon. He came a few hours later and within 10 minutes diagnosed the problem, went out to his well-​stocked truck and came back with a new part to replace the defective one. Within 30 minutes, our air was back on and we were nice and comfortable. Caine was courteous, quick and reasonably priced. We would highly recommend him and plan to use him in the future.

Caine the owner is amazing! He was able to come to my house within 24 hours after giving him a call. My husband is currently deployed overseas and I work a more than full time job! So being available was critical. He was able to squeeze me in during this heat wave and I couldn’t be more appreciative. He came highly recommended by a friend and I am so glad I gave him a call. He was able to asses the problem within a few minutes and had my A/​C running in less than an hour. The price was more than reasonable for exceptional service. I will recommend him to all my friends! Cool It Heat It: Caine, the owner and very friendly guy came out and fixed the problem with my AC in 10 minutes. His price was exceptional and he had same day service, where other companies costed more and were booked out for a week.
