History

Established in 2005.

Christian Baecker was born in Mamming, Germany. While growing up, he enjoyed playing Fussball, aka, Soccer for various teams. After graduating High School, he went on to a «Trade School» located in Dingofling, Germany, where he started his venture in the HVAC industry. In 2000, he came to San Diego to work with a local HVAC company. Only a couple years later, he would go on to start his own company, Perfect Heating & Air. Together, Christian and wife, Audra are working hard to become the HVAC Company of Choice in Poway and surrounding areas

This Husband and wife team, complete with four sons, makes this a true family owned and operated business. We are proud to be a small company located in beautiful Poway. Besides working hard to meet the HVAC needs of homeowners and businesses, we also work at contributing to our community. We are proud sponsors of the «Poway Vaquero Soccer Organization» Volunteers and Supporters at Midland Elementary, and contributers to various charities. We are also Member’s of the San Diego Better Business Bureau and have an A Rating! We can be seen around town at local street fairs and home shows.

Excellent company, excellent work! They are knowledgeable, dependable, responsive, trustworthy, and professional… so basically perfect! Chris walked us through replacing our furnace and redoing all our ducting without overselling us on anything. Such a pleasure working with him and Audra and I would highly recommend them to anyone without thinking twice.

Perfect Heating & Air replaced an old gas wall heating unit in my condo, and the entire experience was seamless. I had gotten 3 quotes from different companies, and chose Perfect Heating & Air because Christian/​Audra replied quickly, offered a reasonable quote, and were very professional. The job went perfectly, so I will definitely work with them again, and would highly recommend their services.

Heater not working, called my regular heating guy after a week of no show no call. I found perfect heating and air through Unilocal.Called Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning 8am heater was fixed. Very happy with service and will defiantly call them again. Very friendly staff. Bonus is they are local.

Perfect is right. To start with, Christian said he would be at my condo at 10am and darn if my doorbell didn’t ring at exactly 10:00am! (and it is not always easy to find the individual units in a condo complex!).
Next, and more importantly, he was friendly, efficient and thorough. Thankfully the fix was relatively easy, a «missing» fuse in my AC unit. I would absolutely call Perfect Heating & Air again, and recommend them to friends, as well as those of you searching here.

Christian was amazing! He came out three times to fix the nonsense that was going on in our attic. He spoke with Honeywell numerous times to fix the situation and on his second trip (full day in the attic) their instructions gave no results and he didn’t even charge us for his time. He called us back with another course of action from Honeywell. And TA-​DA! Perfect Heating and Air in our home!

Our 10 year old air conditioner kept tripping it’s circut breaker. We wanted a local company to come out for the job and not one of the «big guys» who tend to do a «sales job» rather than fix stuff. We found Perfect Heating & Air on «yelp» and gave them a call late in the afternoon. Audra was great on the phone, understanding our air conditioner’s needs and set up an appointment for the following morning. She did offer that evening, but we were fine waiting until the next day. Chris was to arrive within a certain time window of a few hours, however Audra was great and narrowed that time down based on Chris’ actual schedule. So Chris showed up and was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He trouble-​shot, was able to figure out the problem, and presented the solution with a great estimate. He had to make a quick run to pick up some parts, but our air conditioner was up and running in no time. Overall it was a wonderful experience in a time when so often we feel «taken» when having a repair done at home. Thank you Audra and Chris, we’ll be giving you a call when our air conditioner finally gives up the ghost. Auf Wiedersehen!
