Called their office and made an appt for Tues. Tuesday came, they called and left a message that they had to reschedule me to the next week! I called and left a message to see if they could come out sooner because I had concerns. No response. A few days later I called the office again and left another message. No returned call again. So I called Robert direct on his cell and left another message, no returned call. I tried one more time on Robert’s cell and he actually answered. We made another appt for a Thursday. (Another week away). On Wednesday he called and spoke with my husband and said he did not want to come on Thursday for fear of rain and could he go that day. My husband said yes as long as the gate is open and the dogs are in the backyard just go over and do the inspection. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard a word from him. No idea if he went on Wednesday. BTW it did not rain on Thursday. Sorry RT, you are making me work too hard to get your business. If God is blessing you with too much work I suggest you hire some help.

These guys had their work cut out for them but they delivered in a timely and organized manner. Quality of work was great. I’m not one to get on the roof much so I really liked the before and after pics they sent me throughout the process. Communication is key in any successful business and these guys where on top of it.

No showed. I should have read the Unilocal reviews before scheduling this company. Again, my fault for not reading the reviews. Lesson learned!
If you do decide to schedule an appointment with them, hope you have a better experience!

RT Construction is not recommended to anyone because of their lack of responsive to the clients.

RT Roofing was recommended by a fellow that he does flipping houses work for. Well, RT should stick to working for people that do not require professional work with an attention to detail (that most homeowners expect).
RT Roofing bid my job and offered a 7 ½ % discount for cash, which is what made me go with him (had 4 estimates).
Robert called at 6 PM the night before the tear off to tell me where to drive to see houses with the 2 colors of shingles I was deciding between. (I had emailed him 3 days earlier). It was already dark by the time I got home from work. He needed the color by 7 AM the next morning.
They did the job but it was sloppy, careless and took forever. Guys did not show up on time, called in sick and told me I was being too picky. The son (Robert Jr.) bent a 4″ nail while replacing a ledger board on the 2^nd story. He said it was «difficult to get out» «I made an honest mistake» SOOOO. he pounded the nail into the flat side of the beam. When they finally pulled it out they did not spackle it, just painted it. (I Have photos) They did not spray paint the boots before they put them on and did not take any measures to minimize over spray. So there is over spray all around the boots on the shingles. And there were spray paint areas on the front shingles where «stray» pieces of tin were showing (why were they showing?). Again, I was told I was being too picky!
After the job was 95% complete, Robert, Sr. tells me that he is no longer accepting cash and I have to pay full price. No $ 650 discount.
I will say that Arthur and his son Coty did great work.

Just a couple of weeks ago I hired RT Roofing to repair my tile roof. They did a fantastic job! They were timely and efficient. My husband and I are so thrilled with them. During the rains before I even paid them a dime they knew we had some very bad leaks and the owner (Robert) himself came out and covered the roof. We are very impressed and highly recommend them. They know their trade!

Fantastic job from quote to completion. Robert understood what we wanted and clearly explained what needed to be done. I met with multiple contractors to get a small area of my home (what used to be an outside patio) re-​roofed. Of all the contractors, Robert was to the point and seemed to read our minds to give us a quality roof and interior work to our satisfaction. And, his pricing was great for the quality of work he does.
I will acknowledge that I had 2 scheduling mishaps with Robert (as other people have noted). But, the quotes and work were worth the wait because the work and price were better than the other contractors I had dealt with.

This company was recommended by someone when we were looking to have some roof repairs done so I thought we would give them a
try. When he first came out for the estimate everything was fine.
After that, he did not respond when he said he would and failed to
show up on the date that he had promised to do the work. We
rescheduled and I specifically asked him to make sure to call me if he
was going to be late so that I could meet with him prior to beginning
the work. He did not call and showed up 2 hours late. I had already
left for work. They did the work, but did not clean up properly after.
I found rusty nails and pieces of roof in my driveway. There was also
a part of the job that was not done. They reluctantly sent someone out
to fix the part that wasn’t done and it still wasn’t done to my
satisfaction. When I contacted them to tell them about the issue, they
said the job has been complete and any other work with require an
additional charge. I wanted to go over the work that was completed with them to make sure that the work in the contract was actually done but they refused to come out to discuss it and then proceeded to send me an invoice with a late charge. I will not be using this company again as it was some of the worst customer service I have experienced.

This Company has no bussiness ethics and do not honor their warranty. We had them install deck coatings on 6 decks and 5 of the have failed and are leaking. They will not respond and we a currently replacing the decks and all water damage at our cost.

Called to get a quote on a new roof. The first time we scheduled an appoointment they no-​showed. Full on blew us off. They called a week later and we scheduled a second time. So here I am sitting here 20 minutes after my appointment time with still no one at my door. Called to ask WTF and Robert tried to give us some excuse about overbooking and someone was suppose to call us. Not sure the full explaination because I pretty much stopped listen at the poor excuse he was giving.
