Primo Burgers

Today I grabbed a breakfast burrito before work. I was extremely disappointed. It was 830 am and the hashbrowns in my burrito were extremely hard. I used to love the burritos when it first opened up. I don’t know what happened but I won’t be coming back.

Not only is it a long wait for your food but they get your order wrong every time!!! Wether you go in or drive thru

Only give you one star because you have to in order to write a review. Service is always horrible extremely rude employees and they never can manage to get their order right. It’s unfortunate it’s the only place you can go other than Del Taco in Carl’s jr. in Quartz Hill. Went again today had to repeat my order 4 times and they still messed it up at the window.

Wrong again. Just how hard is it to get an order correct? These workers want to be paid $ 15 an hour? I say BS.

Great service, food is what to expect from this level of café/​restaurant. Burritos a filling.

We frequent the drive thru of Primo’s quite often and occasionally go in to order.
When I did, I was treated exceptionally well. I had asked for extra gravy and the gal who took my order checked on it to make sure there was extra. She even put more gravy in on top. Then, when I went to leave, one of the guys working there offered to help me carry the bags out and opened the door for me.

Don’t bother with this place! They cannot get any order right! I have given them plenty of chances and always something wrong with our order!

I order the same thing every time I go here (double cheeseburger combo and a side of onion rings), and they are always top notch. Love the seasoning on the fries. The menu has a large selection, all enticing, but since I don’t often eat fast food, I stick with what I know. Whether I’ve gone through the drive thru or inside, I’ve never had a problem with the staff, they were always friendly.

Burgers are great, breakfast burritos are great but their employees are terrible, girls usually have attitude I rarely encounter a friendly one. The guys that work there always give dirty looks. I’ve gone 10 mins before closing and a girl told me they were closed already and was pretty rude about it, didn’t even apologize. Go to TOMs off 30^th west and Ave L much better.

Twice I’ve asked for one simple thing which is no mayo on a chicken sandwich because of allergies. Twice ice gotten home and guess what has been on there little Primo Nemo?.. to late I’ll do it for you. Nasty mayonnaise and now I’m throwing away food. Funny people want $ 15 an hour and can’t follow a simple request.

I go to this place all the time and get either the chilli cheese fries or just the fries, with extra seasoning. I’ve never had a problem and have been comming here for years.

Made an to go order. After being upset because I called 3 times and was hung up on. I then got a young girl that was very rude. After everything I said she would say is that all? I had made my order with fries well done. I told her it’s not rush I will wait. I got the fries and they where not well done. After getting attitude from her the girl finally took them back. After waiting I asked for 2 ranch. As I ordered chicken fingers. She said its in the bag. I said I checked I didn’t see it. She dug through the bag touching all the food. She didn’t find any ranch and then said it will be an additional charge for ranch. This places food is alight. The other Primos have way better food. The customer service is horrible!!! I don’t get the attitude if you don’t like working with people take up another career path!!!

I went last week to get the family meal. When I got it home we noticed they changed the meat patties on the burgers. It was a where’s the beef kind of moment.

Primo’s is a family & work favorite. I love their chicken taco. We always share an order of zucchini at work. There is a wait in the drive thru but that is due to the amount of cars. The staff is always working at a quick pace. Love Primo’s.

I ordered a fried chicken dinner and asked the register person what came with the dinner. She said 4 pieces of chicken and side salad with fried zucchini fries. I purchased my order to go. When I arrived home, not only did I have 4 pieces of chicken, the oil that they cooked the chicken in was so old and and NASTY. On top of that, their chicken pieces are just that. 3 small pieces of drummets and one medium-​sized breast. I will not be going back.

Not even worthy of the 1star. Brought my daughter here instead of Toms because I remember them having excellent French toast back in the day. I ordered her the French toast special and I had the huevos rancheros.
The food came out and I was kind of weirded out. Their huevos rancheros was nothing more than 2 over easy eggs on top of a fried corn tortilla with beans and rice on the side, nothing else. Every other place I’ve ordered huevos rancheros had salsa, cheese and sour cream on top of the eggs. Not plain. Thinking the French toast would make up for my bland breakfast, I was totally wrong, they were kind of weird tasting, I don’t know if the butter had gone bad or what but it tasted kind of tangy and sour. The bacon were definitely old and had a freezer burned taste.
I would not recommend this place. if you can drive down the street to Toms do it! It has a much better atmosphere and location, where most of the customers have actually showered before going to have breakfast.

My son had a nice long hair in his meal so he was done. Well well another hair in my wifes food. This was the second time for us at this place and the last.

Rushed us in the drive thru, so couldn’t get a word in edge wise. The woman taking our order seemed annoyed. Then the female at the window didn’t even make eye contact, had a bad attitude, and basically was not friendly. Food was way too greasy and lacking flavor. The hashbrowns we ordered were literally soaked in grease. First and last time we will go here.

I had a pancake special. It was good I also order my daughter a Mickey Mouse pancakes she loves them. Always great service, very kind employees. fav breakfast diner

I usually love Primos but this time it was terrible .I ordered a wet carne asada burrito and i got a disgusting steak-​ums meat with country rice «the rice a roni with geen beans and peas with carrots kind with chicken butter flavor … And that’s all that was in it with weird flavorless sauce on top … I will never order Mexican food at a burger place esp this one again.
