These guys did a really great job on my van. I had major hose issues and needed spark plugs and wires replaced. But they charge a fortune! I have no way of knowing if I was overcharged, but I feel they really charged too much. I went to them because they are AAA recommended.

My husband and I ran over a semi tire. We were really worried that we messed up our undercarriage, so I called in to see if we could get a quick check. Fred answered and told us to come right in and he got us in and out within half an hour checking us out for free. He gave us a little advice, and we were on our way. My husband was playing a show later in town, he’s a musician, and Fred came in and watched some of the show. Really great service.

We have had 3 of our vehicles into bryant automotive 5 times in the last 2 yrs to have them smogged. They failed my husbands truck today because he was missing a sticker from our air filter and because the smog pump hose came loose. My hubby checked and sure enough the sticker was in plain view, it wasn’t missing! They were going to charge me $ 50 to tighten the fitting on the smog hose plus another $ 59 to resmog it. Really! $ 60 to check to make sure a fitting was tightened? How is that resmogging it? We have been loyal customers for 3 years now and they just lost our business! When I told Bob that we couldn’t afford that he marked the smog down to $ 31. Still, that’s ridiculous! If you want to keep your customers happy, don’t screw them over! To top it all off, I saw a shop on my way home advertising smogs for $ 19.95! Cheaper than the 50% discount that Bob was giving me. I do not recommend Bryant Automotive and will tell my friends to go else where.

Terrible customer service! I will not be taking my truck here again anytime soon. I tried to have my truck smogged (diesel) for title transfer. Unknowingly, the dealer had re flashed my computer the same morning to correct a factory recall. Bryant’s charged me $ 50 to tell me they couldn’t smog my truck until I drove the vehicle enough to reset the computer codes. They also didn’t ask if the truck had been re flashed anytime recently. They didn’t even offer a discount to bring the truck back to them for a smog. So basically, they charged me $ 50 for 5 mins worth of work, handed me my keys, and expected me to come back and pay full price for the smog I had already paid for. Not a chance in hell! Just a heads up for anyone considering this place. Don’t go here.

Couldn’t even get past the woman on the phone. Sorry to have inconvenienced your day’s work trying to give you money for a car a repair. Some seriously awful customer service. And I’m not just being crabby.

As a small business owner it is essential that my vehicle run properly. I take my work truck there for all its maintenance/​repair needs. I find Bryant’s automotive friendly, clean, and timely.

This place has been great to me. I have brought all of our cars in here. They are very nice and professional. They really are interested in making your car run good and last as long as possible. Sure they let you know when things need done but I really think they only tell you that because stuff really does need done. On a couple of occasions they have notified me of issues that are going on with my car but then told me I did not need to address them right away.

Wow! What a nice bunch of guys. I know how to drive. That’s pretty much the extent of my automobile knowledge. Very thankful for an honest and reasonable auto shop…
