Dutch Bros Coffee

Where do I start? I love this place. First, the people who work here are friendly, they don’t act like you are bothering them and they seem to actually enjoy their jobs.
The price is cheaper than Starbucks. And then there is that beautiful holiday designed cup. Freakin’ awesome it is. The cup is made in the USA by the way. They print it right there on the bottom for the world to see.
The hot, large size Cocomo was fabulous. Not so hot that I scalded my taste buds off on the first sip, just hot enough to enjoy. Nice chocolaty flavor with a nice hint of coconut.
This was a nice pleasing experience on a Black Friday Shopping morning filled with ultimate commercialization. I only wish Reno would get a Dutch Bros.

I live in san Francisco but my family in redding so when I wake up Sunday’s at 6 am to drive down I always stop by here I was just there this morning and the girl was super friendly and outgoing to be honest all the times ive been there everyone is super friendly… A+ to tthe manager for hiring friendly outgoing staff #strawberryrebel

Great service… so up beat & friendly they all are! Tried the pumpkin pie… it’s ok! Love the Eggnog Chia though… hurry back!!! OR a cold green tea with honey… yum!

I frequent the two Dutch Bros. locations on Churn creek rd. they are always friendly and get my order right each and every time. Their coffees are excellent and best Starbucks hands down especially their customer treatment (no attitude) and superior coffee.

Awesome friendly staff! Always giving me pink straws and making my drink perfect! Great time of year for a big ice tea.

Always friendly upbeat conversation. Very attentive to drink orders, wonderful suggestive selling, and my families favorite coffee shop to visit. I also love that they are open 24hrs. These guys are always upbeat and seam to be very happy about their place of work. They are always warm and welcoming. Great drinks, good customer service. Overall i am pretty happy. The only downfall is that many times i have stopped here before work and almost been late because the window person is still chit chatting with the customer in front of me even after their drink is finished. I get wanting to give good customer service, but its just sometimes frustrating watching someone talk to their friends when im trying to get out of there quickly.
To go back to a positive tho, its nice when they are busy and they send someone out to the line to begin taking orders. Thanks guys!

A daily dose of deliciousness. Staff is amazing. Always good conversation and they always go above and beyound and have the best customer service EVER. Who doesn’t like to be greeted with an upbeat smile!

Place is awesome. My wife and I moved to Redding from Los Angles three weeks ago and have already gone through 3 rewards cards. I Threw my Starbucks gold card away after my first trip here!
My wife likes the on on Airport road, but I like this one better. The only thing I would say is be careful when they give you your order. They rock out a lot at this one and twice they have given us the wrong orders. My go to is a medium coffee, black.

I am a Dutch fan!
I love this location because it’s usually less crowded during the day. The staff is always energetic and happy to serve you.
My personal favorite is their «Rebel» drinks; it’s an energy drink comparable to a Red Bull. Have them put some raspberry or watermelon in it and you’re set! I never have burnt coffee here either, which is something I find a lot with drive thru coffee places.

I love everything about Dutch Bros. The company philosophy, the connection with their customers, and of course the coffee!

I’m so spoiled that this place is around the corner from my house. I love all the staff. They’re so friendly and opening and energetic. They know the drinks I get and they’re ready. I get either the iced ninja turtle, iced salted caramel, or a strawberry coconut rebel. I also like their green tea and soy caramel lattes. The thing that makes each visit memorable is the staff. I love them all and depending on the time I stop by, they know my drink and they get the ball rolling. This is why us Northerners swear by Dutch. Starbucks, eat your heart out. You’re in Dutch country!

The only way to explain this rating is to say that my experience going to the place was a 5, and the coffee was a 1. I have a cousin from Oregon living with me, and she has clothes from them, talks about them at times, and friends of mine who have moved up north swear by them. I was completely un-​amazed by the coffee and couldn’t help but think that my friends are idiots. That said, the visit was awesome. The employee was a lovely young lady who was friendly, outgoing, and excited to do her job. She was extremely helpful, and I assumed had consumed like 19 ¾ cups of coffee only to hear that she had not consumed any that day. Good for you.
To the management of that store, whoever the female employee was that worked between 6 – 7:00 on the morning of 9÷26÷13 (it was a Thursday) is amazing. Friendly, helpful, happy to do her job!
