We have been very happy with the quality of the cleaning done by this company(which I believe also goes by the name S & D Cleaners). We get a lot of women’s business suits cleaned here, as well as the occasional wool coat and one wedding dress(heavily beaded). The staff is very nice – I once brought a shirt in needing a new button, and they replaced the button on the spot for no charge.

It’s so great that this place is open early and late, i can pick-up/drop-off on my way to work or coming back from work. And they are open on Saturdays as well. My stuff is always ready when they say it will be, and they can rush things if you need it. I am not sure about the prices, as i haven’t done a ton of dry-cleaning before this. The price to clean our coats has seemed reasonable, and they did a good job of replacing buttons, and fixing seams and the like. However for this sweater/wrap thing i have, it costs 9 dollars to clean every time, and i can’t really afford to clean it every week anymore. I don’t know if it is a fair price or not, just too pricey for me. I brought a bag in to clean once, and though they wouldn’t clean it(dificulty with glue or something), they gave me recommendations of how to clean it at home, which was nice. I could do with out the Christian messages on the covers they put over the clothes, but they’ve never tried to proselytize me or anything, so it’s fine.

I’ve been taking my husband’s work shirts and suits here for about 2 months, and they always do a great job. Prices are good, too. One time, my husband went to pick up his shirts that were due on a Tuesday(he left for a work trip to D.C. the next morning at 5am), and they didn’t seem to have his shirts. He told them that he needed them ASAP because of his work trip the next morning, and they got it straightened out pretty quickly. They got his shirts back to us by 7pm that Tuesday, and were really apologetic.
