I actually really like this location, due to the fact that it’s a low key store. More so a neighborhood kinda feel too it. The staff is very knowledgeable and nice, the store doesn’t really seem to get that busy which is fine with me… NOLINES… Right? It’s located in the redmond town center so there is plenty of parking and near shopping all around ya… I would recommend anyone to come to this location if you looking for a quick and easy access to your games and releases.

Experience of a Non Gamer trying to Really Spoil my Gamer husband with a complete new top of the line entertainment system. Best Game Stop store for Non Gamers. I am not a gamer but I’m married to one. And not just a regular hard core gamer my husband is a semi famous pro gamer and game designer. So i’ve tried to buy him games in the past for special occasions as a surprise and have failed. I got an A for effort but never quite nailed it. The staff here is wonderfully informative. There is a female manager here that spent a few hours with me teaching me about the difference between game genres and consoles. She explained it better than my professional Gamer husband and we’ve been married for years. Seriously, the in depth information the staff at this store has given me on each visit has actually improved my relationship with my husband. I understand his passion more and am more sympathetic to his gaming needs. I can tell the staff the games my husband loves to play and from there the staff can tell which games he would like rather than just suggesting the new release title that is popular. Even suggesting obscure titles which GameStop might not have in stock. The selection of used games is huge. Way better than other locations in the area. It’s also not as crowded as some other game stops so you get better customer service. They will print you a list of game release dates on each console type so you can plan ahead to surprise your loved one. I feel loyal to keep my business at this particular game stop because on my first visit the female manager made me feel great as a women in the store with my base questions. Next visit I arrived 20 minutes after they closed to pick up my preorder game. They were nice enough to unlock the doors and let me grab the game.(This is a rare exception 1 they remembered I had prepaid so it wouldn’t have an impact on a closed out register and 2 they remembered that I live way out in the monroe duvall mountain range). Third visit I came back for advise on purchasing a tv to make it the best experience for my gamer husband. They had better insight than the Magnolia Sales rep. By this point I know I’m going to nail it this christmas and blow him away. Visit 4 I realize one of the games I bought to surprise him for christmas is something he doesn’t like so I inquire on the return policy. I already lost the receipts. No problem my last few transactions are still in their system and just warn hubby to be careful when he unwraps his christmas gifts not to break the seal so we can exchange it.

This place is cool. The staff are pretty nice. They actually have PS4 and 3DS demos. It’s at the center of the mall so it’s convenient. The only real downside is that the shop is small and thus cramped.

Most game stops don’t have as knowledgeable staff as this one. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I got the Injustice game after they explained all the details. It’s a great location and it’s an organized gamestop. Some gamestops don’t have the game even though the box is out, or they spend forever looking for the game in the drawers. This one was nice. The membership is good if you buy games through the year,

Nice staff. Looked in the back for twenty minutes for a game for me and happily called around to put it on hold for me elsewhere.

All my games come from here. Midnight release of Halo: Reach? I think so… Staff are helpful and honest, and most importantly– They know their products. I once had a half hour trivia battle with a representative over The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. I will not say who won this battle, but I will reiterate my point that the reps know their stuff. Keep up the good work, and I will keep coming back.

This is the only place you should go to get games in Redmond. They have a good attitude, selection, midnight releases and video game celebrities sometimes.(On the second floor of the Redmond Town Center Mall)
