One of the employees made a mistake and overcharged us for drinks that we didn’t order by running a transaction twice. When we discovered their mistake on our bank app a couple of hours later and went to talk to the manager, she rudely said that she couldn’t do anything about it. This place doesn’t seem to keep their employees and probably why the new ones make mistakes. We will not be going there again.

Thanks Jamba Juice for making delicious, semi– healthy fruit smoothies, with protein, anti-oxidants, energy, soy, non-soy, sorbet, ice, yummy drinks. And they just added an app to order drinks in advance! Save $ 2

Can’t go wrong with a kid-afternoon Peanut Butter moo’d! As always, absolutely delicious. Only complaint is that the location doesn’t have a bathroom :(Had to go next door to Starbucks to use their restroom and almost bought something there instead.

Drinks aren’t very good, definitely not up to my expectations. And the staff aren’t very friendly.

Great Experience! My wife and I went today. While waiting in line behind a couple the General Manager, Yesenia(?), came out and asked us what she could get started for us. I’ve been to different Jamba’s before and that was a first! Thank you!

Horrible Service. waited 40+ minutes for a simple order, and left without receiving our order. Got no receipt, no name on the order, no apology. I realize they were running a promotion, but if you are, you need to prepare and staff for it, and prioritize«paying customers. i will not be returning to this Jamba Juice anytime soon.

Annoyed that I came here to buy several smoothies and each one of them they didn’t fill it to the top.(It was a ¾ full) At least they were nice enough to fill it up to the top when I asked. I really shouldn’t have to ask.

Super slow service. They had at least 5 workers there yet it took forever to get your drink.

Always enjoy this place. great customer service. I always take my kids and they love this place. Parking lot is kind of small but plenty of meter parkings on street.

I want to preface this one star review with this: I worked for Jamba Juice for 5 years throughout high school and college. I’ve worked at 3 different stores, the last being the number one grossing store at Downtown Disney where I was a manager. With that being said, I am usually understanding of mediocre service because I understand how demanding and crazy those work days can be when it is hot outside and the lobby is packed and the last thing you want to do is appease customers. But you still have to try. This store though? Has drawn the line for me. I will no longer spend any money here. We came in on a Sunday morning and there were only a few people in the lobby. We didn’t get a greeting. We didn’t get a hello. What we got was a rude cashier in need a major attitude adjustment. So I can deal with that. She’s having a bad day, it’s Sunday after the 4th she clearly didn’t want to be there. What I CANT deal with though is the companies policy of not putting any drink into a kids cup unless you buy a kids drink. That and the fact that this store was out of peanut butter, and a few other items that I heard following customers try to order. To add to that, it took a good 7 – 8 minutes for TWO drinks to be made. I will never visit this location again.

Not a fan of Jamba in general… I prefer Robek’s for a few important reasons… but in reference to this particular location I had a few gripes. — Parking here is terrible… just a nightmare lot, so you have to park across the street if you want to get in/out better. — I usually only come to this retail area if I have more than one thing to do(TJs run, Starbucks, Eye Doc, etc.). It is too inconvenient for a one-stop errand. That being said I needed some energy and a light smoothie on the go was the best option. — I was really the only person there, and both employee ignored me for quite a while. After placing my order, it still took 10 minutes, and I ordered the regular(larger size) and the cup was not even 80% full, and she even made some crack under her breath that«oops, guess I didn’t put enough in the blender.» So I am just supposed to expect to pay full price and get lots less. — I had to go, so I did’nt linger for a 10 minute remake of a simple smoothie. Either way this one was not good. Too many bits, uneven blend, and still way sugary. I go to Robeks because their base ingredients are not blast frozen and pre-sugared. You can get a lower cal, lower sugar, and higher protein smoothie at Robeks, the only problem is they have vastly fewer locations. Oh well… live and learn.

Small, but serves the purpose: to liquify fruit and give it back to you in a cup!

Fine — not huge and could be cleaner but in a great location. We ordered the mega mango which was really great and under 250 calories!

I’ve been a long time fan of Jamba Juice. At this location they were helpful and quick. I liked their pomegranate yogurt with granola and and banana slices. The downside is their parking lot which is small and annoying. You have to loop around in the small lot until you find a spot. I felt like Chevy Chase going around and around in the Paris roundabout. Occasionally I’ve gotten lucky and found parking right away; then my jamba is that much sweeter.

This is a smaller venue but they serve all the same healthy fares as all locations. I like that they have a variety of smoothies, sandwiches, salads, breakfast burritos. I particularly like going there for their oatmeal which is the same Irish steel cut oatmeal you can get at Trader Joe’s but to prepare this, you have to do it over night so I appreciate that I can just run in and it’s ready to eat, especially on my busy work days. They also serve coffee drinks now but let’s just say, it’s not their specialty. Keep up the good work Jamba Juice! Let’s keep America healthy!

I hate parking here in this lot. There are way too many shops for the size of the lot and everyone always seem mad trying to park here. Last time I visited they ran out of peanut butter… my usual take out is 16 oz. strawberry chunky topper. It was a major blow after a two-hour workout and I was beyond starving. Then I tried their mango peach topper… which was surprisingly good. If anyone cared about calories it was only 320(about 200 less than strawberry chunky topper).
