History

Established in 2002.

Don Moore opened Moore Protection in 2002 with the goal of offering what others in the industry didn’t, a personal, local and responsive security company. Over the past decade Moore Protection has established itself as one of the première security companies in Los Angeles county.

Business Owner

Don has been a security practitioner now for more than thirty years. First as a system installer, then a service technician, then into management, sales, marketing and executive positions, he acquired a well-​rounded base of knowledge of all aspects of system design and integration. Don has been awarded the coveted CPP (Certified Protection Professional) designation, bestowed upon fewer than 15,000 men & women worldwide, which is earned through an extensive qualification and testing program administered by the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) to those industry leaders who have demonstrated their competency in the areas of security solutions and best business practices. Mr. Moore is also a member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) and the National Association of Chiefs of Police.
