Rudest, most apathetic service I’ve ever experienced. No online menus, sleepy staff answering the phone, don’t listen, then when I wanted him to recap my order after he sounded like he had no idea what I had just ordered, he sleepily but rudely yelled«Jesus Christ» down the phone and just hung up — hopeless. Unfortunately I have to leave one star to create the review. It gets NOSTARS.

Viva la Pizza has become one of our favorite take out spots! Such great service at this family-owned spot, fast, fresh and delicious. The pizza is so good — unique blend of spices. And the garlic bread is simple yet divine. Try their pastas too, comfort food at its finest. YUM!

This place is the best. I’ve been going here since I was a kid and it’s still the same. Great hospitality and quality food made with love. The Bruschetta Pizza is my favorite

I love their Millennium Pizza. it’s the best. The owner and his wife are always so nice! Their daughter in the other hand not so nice! Always very rude. That’s why I gave it 3 stars and not 5. If it was just based on flavor, for sure 5! The prices have gone up dramatically too. I remember their lunch specials where way cheaper but what hasn’t gone up in price? Another downside besides the angry girl, is NOAC!!! Or maybe they do but won’t turn it on. It’s impossible to eat in when its hot!

Really nice to have a good neighborhood deli. Macaroni and potato salads are best I’ve ever had! Subs have generous and fresh ingredients. Authentic Italian dishes and good prices.

This place is really good! It is very affordable and the environment is very friendly. The pizza is also very good, if you like thick crust.

I used to come here a lot when I was little and wanted to come back to show a friend a great place. Unfortunately the service was very bad and I will not be coming here again. First issue was a lack of greetings as we walked in the small restaurant. One of the specials written on the outside door caught my attention and I had asked what drink it came with. The response was«any can» from the case to my left. After paying for my food, I opened the case and grabbed a Peligrino canned soda. My friend and I decided to sit outside and when the lady came out to deliver our salads, my can of Peligrino spilled over. As it sat knocked over, rather than asking if I could use some napkins, which were only inside, the lady then remembered to tell me that that specific can was extra. Annoyed that I had already lost almost half of my, now extra, soda, I went in to pay the difference while also letting her know how upset I was that she had said that the special came with any can. An extra charge on Pelligrino was never mentioned. After all that I had to say, her simple response was«OK» as she proceeded to put the money in the register. Aside from the bland customer service, the tortellini my friend had ordered was very amateur and I could tell nothing was homemade. For $ 10 I would have much rather bought frozen pasta and made it at home.

The reviews here are so interesting. I’ve always had great service and the people here are pretty awesome. The food is excellent and I come here every change I get. Try it out. You won’t be sorry!

Rude phone service! Asked for delivery on a Sunday evening and was told they were only doing take out. Wtf, why advertise you do delivery if you can’t provide the service. The other neurons reviews are spot on. Crappy service and false advertising, can only imagine what the food must be like. Lame.

Pizza is actually pretty good and price wasn’t bad so I have no complaint their but customer service is missing here. I came in around 8 pm on friday night and when walk in no greetings nothing ask few questions and the lady behind counter had weird look on her face like she didn’t want my business or something or at least she didn’t seem like she want to deal with anyone. So I place my order, while I am seating waiting for order to. come out the pizza was ready and she was so lazy to say anything like hello your pizza is ready or say something she waited for me to come ask her as the pizza sat right on the counter for who knows how long. Bad customer service can put someone out of business as you can have good food but if you can’t treat customers right you lose them as I will not be coming back this was my first visit here and last. My suggestion is put a smile on your face acknowledge your customers as well show that you have interest as oppose sitting their like a rock and watching TV.

Viva La Pizza is my favorite pizza spot in the South Bay. I’ve been getting my pizza here since high school, and it never disappoints. Personal favorite is the pepperoni-sausage. BBQ chicken pizza is also really solid. Toss some ranch on either of those and it’s game over. Meatball sub is delicious if you’re not in the mood for pizza.

Worst experience ever! The lady behind counter was shockingly rude to me because I had the audacity to ask for the specials to which she replied: they’re on the door, go and read them! She then pretended that she couldn’t hear me. Please avoid this place. This is not how to treat customers. The food is average and the service the worst I have ever experienced. I will never ever order from here again. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Super-Fast delivery! That alone makes it worthwhile. But then the food was warm, the soda cold, and everything was tasty.

Just was greated by the most rude person ever on the phone. Not only was she RUDE, but when I arrived at her establishment. My order was not placed. I wanted to believe I have found a good pizza spot. A nice family running business, but instead I was treated without respect. The pizza might be good. I would never ever know. AVOID!

LOVE Viva La Pizza’s pizza. We always get pepperoni & sausage for our fantasy football draft. The employees at Viva opened our eyes to the wonderful world of ranch on pizza, and we have never looked back. Besides pizza, I’ve had the meatball sandwich, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Could have been improved with ranch though. One of my favorite pizza spots.

This is hands down my favorite pizza spot. Been going here with my friends since high school and it never disappoints. There are times when we bring a pie to a party or get together and people are blown away on how good the pizza is and immediately ask where we got it. I’d recommend the pepperoni and sausage pizza, also their BBQ pizza is the best around. The nicest people run the place and the food gets done fast, like your pizza is done in literally 10 mins once you order.

What?!! No reviews yet for this lil mom & pop Italian food place?! I’ll take care of that right quick. I went out in search of something for lunch today. My first stop was Bristol Farms hot food bar, but today I found nothing of interest. Then I remembered this little pizza joint a few blocks up the street. How cute it is. This tiny place is next to Blockbuster, at Prospect &PCH. Blink and you’ll miss it. There’s plenty of free parking in the lot in front. Inside, you’ll see original painted murals on the walls. The tables are covered with oil cloth, like at my grandma’s house when I was a kid. There’s a picture of the Pope hangin’ on the wall, and also a Buddha on top of the cold drink case. They’ve got all their bases covered… haha… Pop was chopping lettuce, and mom was making the pizzas. I ordered one of the lunch specials that was posted on the front door: a personal pizza with 3 toppings, salad, and drink for $ 7. Ground beef was one of the toppings I could choose from, which I rarely see. So I got that along with onions & peppers. It didn’t take long at all to prepare. Meanwhile I drew my drink from the unsweetened iced tea dispenser, and got pink lemonade. Haha, it was good, so I’m not complaining. And my pizza came with crust that is thicker than I normally prefer… but hey, it was darn good, and all cooked fresh. Plenty of cheese. Again, no complaints. The food here is fresh, from salad to pizza toppings. Good little lunch for 7 bucks! The menu has plenty of Italian entrees to choose from, so there’s more than just pizza offered here… even Capellini Primavera, one of my son’s fave dishes. And there’s gnocchi, and penne arrabiata, and linguini with clams, in addition to all the standard raviolis & fettuccinis, etc. …as well as calzones, hot & cold sandwiches, salads. And, being right next to Blockbuster, there’s a Blockbuster Pizza on the menu, as one of their specialties: 48 slices, 28 inches, 30 bucks before additional toppings @ $ 3 each. Credit cards accepted, no checks. Open daily at 11am. I think I may have discovered a little treasure of a restaurant, right in my own back yard…
