It’s unfortunate to say that in these times, honesty in businesses is a rarity. That’s why I’m so thankful with this business and the owner Tony for making me believe that there are still small businesses with integrity. We had called them for their rave reviews on Unilocal and they did not disappoint. We suspected termites in our restroom but after Tony inspected it, he told us it was water damage and even showed us how to fix it. The best!!! I manage a few properties in Thousand Oaks. We had a huge bed bug problem. I called a few companies, but when I spoke to Tony I knew I found the right one. Tony’s knowledge, professionalism, and curtesy were above all others. The crew, Josh and Tim, came on time. They took their time to examine the house, explained the problem I was having, and what they will do to solve it. They were very thorough, clean, and polite. HONESTY SHOULD BE REWARDED! And these guys are just that. I have what appears to be a termite droppings in my garage, so I called Bug Crashers and spoke to Tony. He came over to my house and quickly assessed that these were indeed just from crickets and nothing to be concerned about. I was relieved to hear this. I was also relieved to know that I now have a pest control company whom I know I can rely on if a need ever arises. I will definitely be referring them out to my friends.

I bought my house and it had a Termite issue. My agent found a termite company and they were playing games. Someone referred Tony and we ended up using him. His price was fair, his team was reliable and they did a great job. There was miscommunication between my agent and Tony which left me either paying more or Tony doing work for less pay. Since Tony gives world class service we worked something out and I could not be any happier. I highly recommend him.

My apartment was infested with bed bugs my landlord had hired Terminax to treat our place after a month their were still around because these people didn’t do the right treatment. I called Bug Crashers and they immediately came the same day and treated my apartment and they knew exactly what to do and they did such a theoral job that I haven’t seen any activity whatsoever. Plus they came back for a follow up to make sure they were completely gone. These people really care and know what they are doing. I highly recommend them to anyone who really wants the job to be done. They are vey affordable. Don’t waste time and just call them now. Update-​Exactly 30 days after my last review-​We found termites INSIDE our house! Using this company was officially a waste of our money. Orkin (who treats our home regularly) told me that going with a smaller company may be less expensive, but would not be more effective. I had to learn this lesson the hard way, but I’ve learned it!

Great experience. After calling around and leaving messages for a bunch of places (none of whom called back), I talked to Tony. We needed to schedule for a Monday, the only day we could get the job done, but he told me they were booked. I said I needed to get back to him and figure out an alternative, and he called back 30 minutes later and said they could manage to add us in. Josh showed up, explained the process, and did the job quickly and efficiently. Definitely a great experience. Plus, I like the fact that they didn’t have advertising for the business all over their truck; the last thing we wanted as a business was to «advertise» that we had a pest problem to all the neighbors. That little bit of discretion is great!

I thought I had a major termite infestation on my deck so I called Bug Crashers based on the Unilocal reviews. The owner, Tony, came out for free the same week to take a look. He told me it wasn’t termites, but dry rot and fungus. Tony have done tips on how to fix it. He was very honest, nice and professional. I’m glad I didn’t have termites, but would have been happy to give Bug Crashers the work if I did.

Highly recommended! Tony is a professional. He was on time, VERY thorough and very honest with his assessment. He inspected every area of the 2250 sq ft home including the craw space. Didn’t find any termite but found areas of fungus and provided his recommendation. Tony is the only termite inspection service I’ll ever use. I have no doubt his quality of work is above the rest. Great experience. Tony arrived a few minutes early and was very informative and polite. I had him check the house for termites and he said he saw no signs! Phew — what a relief.
They are honest!!!
He did point out some trouble areas where rodents could enter the house, but he told us how to do it ourselves.
We will be using them for our annual bug spray!

Excellent Service! From what seemed to be a termite nightmare, Tim made us feel extremely comfortable with managing and targeting the right areas to avoid further termite abuse.

TERMITES — Before deciding on a company for a Termite issue, we received quotes from the big 3 Pest Control companies in the area, glad we went with Bug Crashers instead! Tony and Tim provide good prices and Excellent service. They’re very professional and know their business well. Call this company, you won’t be disappointed!
10÷30÷14− RODENT PREVENTION — I was happy to learn that Bug Crashers also does preventative work by sealing areas where rodents can enter!
We didn’t have a rodent issue and wanted to make sure that we never did.

Tim came out to our house and performed a very thorough inspection… sure enough, our home had termites, and he showed me exactly the locations where the infestations occurred. In addition, our home had a ton of dry rot, as the previous owners didn’t spend too much time maintaining the structure outside. Tim gave me a very reasonable quote (one of the best deals I could find), and on top of that, these guys kept their word and did not go above that price. There were a few additional things that Tim and Tony found as they were doing the work, but they didn’t even charge extra for it. They informed me that they built homes previously, so they could pretty much fix anything you need.
Highly recommend using their services. They give good prices, provide good service and stick to their word.
