Great Starbucks. Service and coffee is flawless. For some reason the Internet at this particular location is terrible. I actually avoid the location because of it. Once the issue is solved I will give it 4⁄5 stars.

During a recent business trip, I stopped in to get my fix and start my day. The staff is amazing! So friendly and helpful. The manager even stepped in to give me a gift card because they ran out of my reduced fat turkey bacon sandwich. My drink is difficult to order so it’s often messed up… they got it right after I said it once. What great customer service all around. Very impressive.

Very nice lady at the front! Very sweet! Super fast service! I bought 2 sandwiches today and she was very sweet! I don’t know the name of the girl but she is very sweet! The sandwiches I’m sure will be very good :-) I remember having some coffee 2 weeks ago also, it was very slow, maybe because of how busy they were however it was very good. very nice inside and clean!

Though it’s pricey, I’m usually a big Starbucks fan because of their customer service. For some reason, this particular Starbucks has a lot of exceptionally irritated, disgruntled employees that seem annoyed at the simplest requests(like getting decaf coffee that they would have to do a pour over).

The only reason why I go to this Starbucks is because it’s so close to UTD! The staff there is always helpful and they are super nice and easy to talk to. They’re very peppy and always brighten up my day. However, this Starbucks is always so crowded. The power outlets are only located against the wall, and there are never any seats open.

I love this starbucks! It is so convenient for all of us who goes to UTD and definitely a great meet up spot for any girls day out or just simple small study session! The drinks are the same everywhere so there is really no point in me stressing about how awesome starbucks drinks are. Yes they are over priced. Yes you would still buy it. Don’t complain. The only down side about this location is probably how tiny it is. It is actually pretty rare for me to come in and find seats that are open. But regardless it’s the best!

This location is alright, I’ve been to better. They’re pretty nice to you here. The café is a little small, which is weird, because it’s right next to UT which you would expect to try and accommodate for the college study crowd. I take the kids I nanny here a lot, and they usually get cake pops and kids hot chocolate, which they love. Their consistency on drinks is a bit off. I get the same thing every time which isn’t a very difficult drink at all; iced coffee with vanilla and cream, but it seems like some like to have a little bit of coffee with the cream or the coffee has barely any. I mean it’s not a problem if I need to add more because they have some at the condiment bar. But it’s hard to add more half and half if they never have the carafes out. But overall, I’ve had many more great experiences here than not great. So, I guess I’ll stick it out over here(;

Have been a long time patron of this location as it was by far the best of the five Starbucks within a few miles of me. Sometimes a little slow when lines were out the door but drinks/food were always correct and staff was always friendly. HOWEVER, in the last 2 months, they changed managers and turned over most of the staff. Service is average(at best), they have repeated stock outages(they intro’d sugar free peppermint mocha lattes/fraps for the holidays except they have been out of sf peppermint syrup for three weeks and dont really seem to care), have large piles of inventory(still boxed) laying in piles all around while baristas are outside on smoke break. There is also a lot of variability in drink quality depending on who makes it and whether they are paying attention to customers’ orders that day or not. Time to re-visit some of the other locations in the area to find a new home. Sorry to see the decline because it used to be an outstanding location.

The cashier was pretty nice; however, the baristas take 5 – 10 minutes to have your order ready. In addition, sometimes they serve people who were behind you in line first. Which to some extent is unethical and absolutely unfair. They would have more business from me if they were more efficient and developed a better ordering system.

This was my first time visiting this Starbucks location. I was pleasantly surprised to find so many seats, both indoor and outdoor. There were plenty of UTD students with their computers and textbooks studying for summer classes. It is the perfect place for that with the free WIFI and caffeine. My only complaint is how long it took the baristas to get our drinks ready. It took between five to ten minutes which I have never experienced at any Starbucks location. But, it was tasty and I was not in a hurry :)

Like the size of this Starbucks. It’s big enough to go and have a study group. But the service isn’t always the best…

It’s sometimes a challenge to write a Starbucks review, for reasons that are hopefully apparent(they’re everywhere). But to keep it simple: — This is more of a popular neighborhood Starbucks — It’s near UTD(Univ of Texas at Dallas) and Pearce High School — Very spacious with lots of seating — Plenty of windows and tables next to windows — Lots of outdoor seating — Sweet, friendly yet fast baristas — Industrial ceilings so a bit of a different feel — Right on the corner of the intersection so great spot to relax or get some work done

I love this Starbucks. It’s very vibrant though also very busy. The diversity is fantastic. The staff here is very consistent and they work very hard to please every customer. The new pastry are a big improvement as well.

I used to frequent this Starbucks a lot back when I was at UTD. And apparently UTD students still frequent there, along with a lot of(J.J. Pearce) high school students. This Starbucks is definitely constantly busy. They do not have a drive-thru, so that’s good. Although the downside is that there are a lot more people coming in and out. The tables are extra small for some reasons and not all of them are the same size. I believe there are about 15 two-person/individual tables, 1 large group table, and 4 couches. The seating areas are very narrow because this location was trying to maximize its space. This location is not my favorite store, but it was convenient for me at that time.

Convenient since it is close to campus, but it is really busy and all the tables are usually full whenever I am there. Gets frustrating. They also burn the regular coffee, so only get the sweeter made on the spot drinks from this one.

Hey, it’s Starbucks. :) For the most part, I divide them up into«drive thru» and«no drive thru». This one is the latter. Today, they were fairly backed with«laptoppers» sipping away on a variety of lovely beverages. My usual was prepared well after my brief explanation and I was on my way. They do have one big wooden table that can accommodate someone with a bigger than normal laptop or books etc., in addition to smaller tables. Overall, it’s not a bad location, but then again, Starbucks rarely disappoints(for me, anyway).
