JJ & CC Janitorial and Carpet Cleaning

I have used these guys a couple of times now for my wife and I’s apartment. Very efficient, affordable service, and friendly to work with. I intend to use them every time we need someone to carpet clean our space, as it makes such a difference compared to when I try to do it myself ;)

JJ and CC did an amazing job! We have one dog, a cat and a toddler and three adults living in the same house (yay!) but that’s no challenge for these guys. they were nice, on time, and very professional. The room, living room and hallway carpets have never looked so good. Thank you Unilocal and thank you specially JJ and CC team!

I have used JJ & CC in the past before to clean my carpet and they are just an amazing company to use. About a week ago I called Juan again to do my carpets. The office answered my called quickly, found an open date that same week, and scheduled me. They came at the time scheduled and did a wonderful job. Juan and his team are always very thorough and friendly. They definitely like the job they do and it shows by the high quality. Great job and woohoo. as good as it gets like Unilocal says!

Our school (Family Developmental Center) has been using JJ & CC Janitorial & Carpet Cleaning for years now. All I can say is they are awesome! We always have issues with parking in SF (neighbors move our reserved parking cones) and the guys are willing to work around this. I definitely can’t complain about their pricing — very reasonable considering they are cleaning carpets in 10 classrooms for Infant, Toddlers and Preschool Age children.

I contacted Juan and he gave me a fair estimate over the phone. The next day his crew arrived on time and were very accommodating since I live on the 3^rd floor. They worked miracles with my spotty pet stained carpet! They did a great and fast job. I would highly recommend these guys any day. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

I was in need of an urgent change of janitorial services and I looked up on Google for janitorial service companies in the area. I then found Juan’s Janitorial and Carpet Cleaning and after checking their Unilocal page and their website, I decided to give them a try. Juan, the manager, was the one who helped me and he quickly organized for a day to meet and to show him what I needed to be maintained every day. He listened to all my concerns. I liked Juan’s attitude and friendliness.
Juan’s team has now been helping us for a white with our janitorial needs and his team is doing an excellent job. They are very attentive and they are pro active about cleaning, not reactive. They also have a good communication system with Juan, who then communicates. Also, whenever I have a question or concern, I let Juan know and he addresses it right away.

Juan and his staff have been helping me with my apartment building in Point Richmond for a few years now. Their janitorial and carpet cleaning services are consistently top-​notch. Often I need an apartment cleaned with very short notice, & Juan has always been able to fit me in.

First, a word about our situation: we have three dogs and two cats. We also, because we are nuts, have white chairs and a white sectional.
We have had Juan’s crew come out three times now to clean our upholstery and each time the furniture comes out looking almost new. These guys are phenomenal. Absolutely phenomenal.
Today, the two-​man crew spent close to seven hours getting everything clean (a sofa, a large sectional, two chairs, and two carpets), and worked like crazy the whole time. And as I say, the results are spectacular.
As I mentioned, this is the third time we’ve had them clean for us and they’ve done a terrific job every time at a reasonable price, shown up when scheduled, and gone the extra mile to get the job done right.
I recommend them without reservation. Fantastic.

I see others have had a great experience with JJ & CC, but I couldn’t even get them to keep an appointment for an estimate today, so I guess I can’t comment on their service. But what I can comment on was the lack of respect and professionalism in regards to making and then keeping an appointment.
We are all busy, so when I make an appointment and arrange it so I can be there, I appreciate the other party doing the same. Juan at JJ & CC this morning completely blew off our 9 — 10:00am appointment. When I called him at 10:30am I had to leave a message. He finally called back 1.5 hours later, but the mobile call was dropped. I then sent him a text. He responded and apologized, telling me he could arrive in 30 minutes. By that time I was walking out the door to a lunch meeting. I suggested later that afternoon at 4 or 5:00pm. No response. When I got home earlier than expected, I called him to let him know I had more flexibility and could meet anytime between 3 — 6:00pm. No response.
I suppose Juan at JJ & CC is too busy to meet with new customers and give estimates. Good for him. I’m glad business is doing well. No hard feelings, I just won’t be giving him my business.

There are a lot of people claiming to be carpet professionals that I think just bought the equipment and trying to learn. Hey, nothing wrong with that right, unless they are learning on your expensive carpet. After having used many services over the years these guys are hands down the best !

I want to make a review on Juan’s janitorial and Carpet Cleaning Services this time because I’m really trying to Find reasons of services I am grateful for. And one service I feel do a very neat job is JJ and CC Services. I like to work on my own side jobs every Once in a while. I Install Camera Security Systems, In-​wall Speakers and Install projection systems. I have worked in a couple establishments after business hours Installing cameras, And in my last job during the afternoon the JJ and CC Services crew came over to the offices to start their work. While doing my things I noticed them setting up to start their work, I love their Set up, it’s professional starting with Their Vans that are nicely Equipped for heavy Janitorial Cleaning. from pressure washing to high powered vacuums I like that they really are equipped for any industrial cleaning need and they are very quick. I am very grateful they came at the moment I had finished Installing the cameras, I had drilled some holes and had a lot of dry wall dust on the carpet. They cleaned my mess and all the carpets leaving them like New. Besides that I really felt that the guys who work for that company are very motivated. One guy was trying to get some type of paint off a carpet. And he Immediately removed it with joy, and He did a good Job!

We just used Juan’s carpet cleaning service and are very happy with the work. Very professionally done, the carpet looks like brand new! Reasonable rate, too! He may not have the best telephone communication skills, but I highly recommend his service.
