Very disappointed in Kangaroo Jac’s lack of customer service. Their hours are posted as opening at 10am on weekdays; however, my two toddlers and I waited outside with 5 other families to get in on this rainy, cold morning for an hour and a half and no one opened the place up. There were no notes on the door about the place being closed today. Terrible business. Very disappointed and won’t go back.

We had planned to visit Kings Dominion for the day while visiting family in Richmond but as we were leaving it stated to rain luckily we found Jac’s, This place saved the day for my kids, «and my sanity». Our kids loved the bounces and all the employees that worked there were very polite. I wish the bounce places where we are from were as nice as this place. My wife and I got to sit down and relax while our kids played. They had Free WiFi and a snack bar this trip was better in my opinion than hauling 2 kids and a baby to Kings Dominion for the day. They wore themselves out in just a few hours.

This place is a disaster. I don’t have children of my own, but if I did, we would not be frequent visitors here. Unattended children(of all ages) are running around, barefoot, screaming at the top of their lungs or crying because there is little to no supervision in the bouncy area. Parents may sit at picnic tables within the bouncy area or on a dingy sofa in the room where shoes are kept. The whole place smells of BO and feet. Kids are coughing, spitting, and otherwise spreading germs all over the place as they trample other children in the 5 bouncy«castles» they have. Take my advice: Your kids would prefer Chuck E. Cheese.

This place is just dirty and unsanitary. Plus they’re the ONLY bouncy house I know that charges adults. Why would You charge adults!!! They don’t do anything other than watch your kids. We live 2 minutes away from Kangaroo Jac’s and we still prefer to drive 20 minutes to Monkey Joes. It’s THAT Much nicer.

My daughter broke her arm here & the staff treated her like she was just a cry baby. Won’t be back. Also, I agree with the other reviews too — it’s filthy.

I started taking my oldest daughter here about 3 years ago when this was a rather new establishment. In this time, the place has become a ghetto. For a change of pace, I brought my daughters here about 6 months ago. The men’s bathroom and drinking fountain was out of order. I just recently went back and these items have not been repaired. Its become very apparent no cleaning takes place whatsoever. Very visible dust on top of the inflatables, caked on dust on fans, stains on the inflatables. If you have dust allergies, I highly recommend taking an antihistamine prior to coming here. I prefer not to pay someone to have my children play in dust infested inflatable petri dishes which is what Kangaroo Jac’s has become. While it might be a hike for some people, I highly recommend Monkey Joe’s. It costs less and it is CLEAN.

The open jump time is pretty nice, and the employees are pleasant and seem to have a decent handle on customer service. It’s not super clean or fancy, and I’ve been to nicer-looking jump places, but the kids seem to enjoy it. I think I would check out other bouncy gyms in the area for a party, though.
