I am updating my review to say that I recently had the Oxygen Facial by Judy and it was hands down the best facial I’ve ever had. The fact that my skin looked great for days was just a bonus! Highly recommended.

I love The Skincare Company! I’ve been going to see Sandra for over 10 years and she always knows what to do to make my skin look radiant. I moved from Oak Park 7 years ago but I still take the drive because she is the best. I’ve seen her through 3 different locations and this one is the best. Additionally, the nail service is good and I love how she stays current with the best skin care products, especially Dermologica.
Haven’t tried the massages but I hear they are great!

Most awful waxing experience ever. Went to get a bikini wax here and I wish I wouldn’t have. The woman who waxed me was nice, but couldn’t do the job right. She left so much hair that I had to go back the next day for her to fix it. It’s unfortunate she couldn’t get it right the first time especially after her saying my hair was ideal length to wax and everything. Save yourself pain and agony and try another place for bikini waxing.

Amber is a brilliant stylist and Maria gives wonderful manicures I have also had several stellar facials there and at old original location in Forest Park The new location has convenient parking Definitely worthwhile indulgence if you enjoy spa experiences Fabulous to have this spa in our village

I love this place! I’ve been a customer here for quite some time and there is no other place like it in the area… Service is always top notch, and the staff is ALWAYS friendly. It has such a relaxing atmosphere and I highly recommend it !!!

I really like this place! However their new location is beautiful. They have a really great space and a wonderful staff. It’s a very cozy place to be and everybody there is very family oriented. I had a facial here with Katherine using the Unilocal deal. This was better than facials I’ve had at Peninsula and other top spas. They also used Dermalogica which, in my opinion, is the best skin care line.
Amber is the best hair stylist I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen them all!
Michael did an amazing job on my updo and makeup. It was so beautiful and I appreciate how well everything was blended and natural. I felt like a million bucks!

Great service with facials and peels!

The quality of the work here is amazing. These people know how to read your skin and what products/​services you should use. I’ve tried different facials and spas in and around the city — hands down they are the best.
I love them ! And that’s the reason I took two stars off… while I love them and swear by them, the people always treat me it’s the first time they’ve seen me. Their customer service is seriously lacking. Maybe I expect too much from people I give money to pretty me up but I’d like to feel a some familiarity here. After all, I am a loyal customer.
In the end, I’ll take their cool casualness if it means my skin will look good :)

Spray Tan here is the absolute best, it lasts twice as long as those terrible machine-​places, it is done by hand in a private room in a clean & calm environment. There are 3 different women who have administered the tan (I am a frequent customer!) and they are all great. You can’t go wrong for a continuous summer glow or right before a vacation in the winter. Good prices too.

My face was in need of a facial and there was a spectial daily deal for the Clarasonic Express Facial, Judith did an amazing job — my face feels supple, refreshed, and relaxed! Love this place!

This is the best place I have ever been to for facials. I have tried them at many places-​city (high end places) and the suburbs. They do an amazing job. Had an amazing one today (after not visiting here for too long due to my schedule). The owner and her staff are amazing. I have been a client since she was in her old digs, and this store front is amazing.
Treated my MIL to a massage for Mother’s Day, and she was THRILLED.
You cannot go wrong with this spot!

The skincare company has been my most favorite «spa escape» for many years. The facials and massages are my favorite types of services. The experience is always phenomenal, I have tried most of the services at least once. I have recommended friends and famly over the years to the Skinncare Company and they always rave about the services. I have visited many other spas in the chicagoland area and the spa and customer service at the Skincare Company far outweighs the experiences I’ve had thus far.

I have been going to Skincare Company for the past three years. There is not a better massage anywhere that can compare to Marketa. I get facials from Sandra, who does a fantastic job. Maria is the best for spa pedicures. The entire staff is friendly and the shop is very cool. The extra yard that they all go to make you feel welcome and the way they present their treatments cannot be matched. I travel extensively and always look forward to coming home for my spa treatments. Any time I am away getting a treatment I am always wishing I was at Skincare… There really is not another salon that I have visited that can compare to Skincare Company.

If you need a massage, there is no one better than Marketa Venorova. She will customize a massage for your needs, give you helpful stretching and yoga asana suggestions to keep muscles loose between visits and offers fabulous oils customized to your stress needs.
I have had massages at high-​end spas both nationally and internationally, and Marketa and The Skin Care Company are my first and only choice!

I have been going to the Skincare Company for close to 3 years now for a of multiple services. I would not trust another person with my face or my bikini wax but Sandra. Over the last three years my skin has changed in many ways and whenever I have questions or need a little extra help, Sandra has always had the answers to my skin care needs. When I got married, Sandra helped me get my face in shape for my wedding day and also gave me the most amazing spray tan. When I was pregnant and broke out with baby acne, Sandra prescribed a gentile, yet effective treatment for my face. This past winter I came down with a horrible case of dry skin, again Sandra knew just what I needed.
Also when I have time to splurge on a Manicure, Pedicure, Massage or Exfoliating treatment, Skincare Company has just what I am looking for. Maria is an amazing Nail Tech and I would highly recommend the OPI no-​chip manicure. Marketta is a wonderful massage therapist and I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. If it is Reiki or a sea salt scrub I am looking for, Lee is outstanding.
Whenever anyone asks me where to go for any spa service I always recommend the Skincare Company and always will.

I can’t believe it but one of my favorite place sin the world has exceeded my expectations. I had my first massage at Spa night with Marketta, OMG what an amazing experience. She has the hands of an angel and over 15 years of experience. You can’t get any better thank skin care company, every service is amazing. Sandra and Judy will make your day. now Marketa is on the Christmas Card list, simply awesome. Try them out.

My husband and I both go here for massages. OMG, I leave there feeling like a wet noodle. The prices are decent, and if you’re a 1^st time customer, you can have your hour-​long massage for $ 40. The ambiance inside is great, very zen-​like. They have tea and water as soon as you walk in. They also offer manicures and facials, of which I haven’t tested yet, but friends of mine have and say they’re a-​mazing! Great place to go and pamper yourself!!!

I give this place a 5 for Facials! They do a great job and it both useful and restful! I have gone to three different people and all have been great — I have my favorite but I am not sharing :)
Manicures & Pedicures — I would give them a 3 star. They do a great job but I think that they are little over priced for the services you get.
