My nails started lifting in 3 days and 3 had completely peeled off by the 4^th day. I came back to ask them to redo them for me but the manager still insisted I have to pay at least half of what I paid which was 50 dollars… (25 would be what im paying today) but as soon as the manager realized how horrible their reputation is on Unilocal while I was posting this her tune changed. LILY was the worst nail stylist I’ve ever met cutting so many corners and her manager completely backed her even after she saw the horrible job she did. If I could rate this place less a definitely would. Red persimmon down stairs is where I’ll go next time

Horrible. Went in to be treated with a full set color gel acrylics and almost burst into tears sitting there. Tom was horrible said two words to me. Did not bother to push down/​cut my cuticles so my beds are all zig zagged and crazy. None of my nails are on straight. They are just sloppy. No tip for him. I would have refused to pay if I wouldn’t have almost broken down in tears. Really shitty customer service. And while I was in there there were three different customers that came in with complaints. Will not be back. Horrendous business.

Disgusting salon to be in the mall. This place is a joke and so is their work. I got a gel manicure and 3 days laters it began peeling. Unorganized and nasty vibes. Stay far from this nasty place.

Tammie is your girl for pedis ! Her overall service is grade A. She is a perfectionist with her work which makes it all the better and she is an absolute sweetheart.

Probably the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. I can see a little bit of blood from where she filed my skin as opposed to my nail. The gel is super caked on one finger and the polish doesn’t go all the way to the base of my nail. A friend and I purposely came her because they are open later on the weekday and thought the manicurist wouldn’t rush, guess I was wrong.

This place has the worst costumer service. The staff is extremely rude. My mom had an ingrown and they were rude and they said there was nothing they could. At other nail salons they usually remove it. Besides this they were unprofessional. Never coming her again.

Went here for the first time since I was at the mall already. I was in there for an hour and a half (on a Sat) got a regular pedi and a gel manicure. The pedi was very rushed and he seemed to be in a bad mood. The manicure… As soon as he started he began to hurt me with that machine thingy. Then when he cut my cuticles he cut my skin. And he continued to cut my skin! And all he would say was «op» I won’t be going again that’s for sure

Little sister and I went to have individual eyelashes put on yesterday for her prom. Lily was extremely nice, gentle, and professional, BUT 4 hours later we had both lost 2 – 3 eyelashes already. Today we woke up and I only have 2 left on one eye and about half on the other eye. Same for my sister. Called the shop, spoke with the manager, was told that since So many fell off that there was «nothing they could do for me, and maybe I was pulling them out»??? No apology, just attitude. I’ve had individual lashes done multiple times and never experienced this. Will never go here again. wasted our money, and basically told me to fuck off at the end of the day. No refund, no fixing it for me, no manners, no eyelashes. Just a DISAPPOINTMENT!

This place is pretty disgusting. I couldn’t help but notice she used dirty tools on my feet. After she scrubbed my callus she just rinsed her tool in the water I had soaked my feet in and placed it back in her clean implements container. If state board would have seen that she’d definitely get her license taken away.

I work nearby and thought I’d try the salon for the convenience factor. Tom did a great job. HOWEVER, a week later the gel was literally peeling off 3 of my nails and they are breaking. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years and I have never had this happen! A good salon doesn’t have nails that break.
I went in to let them know and was very nice about it. Asked her to fix them and she said it’s been a week and they would fix the 3 nails for $ 5. Why should I have to pay anything? You only guarantee your nails for a week? I’ve had nails longer and they never break or peel. I asked them for a fill and to fix my 3 nails and just give me $ 10 off the fill. She said there’s no way she can do that.
You guys just lost A LOT of business. I’ve been sending people your way. Now I will tell them to stay away!!! Big mistake.

Went there yesterday for a pedicure and while sitting there I was reading the reviews on this place and all I’ve got to say was that everything that I experienced there was great! Don’t let other judgements stop you for going, go for yourself and you will be satisfied.
Will be back again. I love my toes, and the service was very nice and accommodating.
If I wasn’t on a time crunch during my stay there then I would have definitely gotten my nails filled too.

Loved the way my nails turned out. Hated that they told me the wait was only 10 minutes when it actually was an hour. Like that they are open late.

I am very happy with my nails! I’ve tried many places and this one is the best place I’ve been to so far. They take their time and do exactly what I ask when it comes to details about my nails. I would definitely recommend everyone to go here. Last time I went I had a lady names Mariam do my nails and she was the sweetest woman ever! I would definitely ask for her If you’re going to try this place out!

They cut my toe nail on my big toe too short now I’m stuck with a painful ingrown nail! !

If I could give no stars I would! The hostess was rude and only work she did was being on her phone! my pedi took like 2 secs and was not good, got the skin on my finger cut with their dirty machine file. And my sis got her both of her toes cut with the cuticle device when her girl was doing her pedicure. Bleeding. Just bad… Save your money and go somewhere else… Do urself that favor! Seriously…

The one star is too generous. When I first walked in I asked the young girl how long was the wait for a pedicure and she said just a couple of minutes. Once I sat down and put my feet in the water then she said it would be longer. After 25 minutes I asked how much longer and she said just 2 more minutes, it was more like 15 minutes. The young girl never apologized for the wait and when I asked if I could get discount for waiting so long and the stupid looking lady laughed in my face. The guy that did my pedicure didn’t understand English and he burned my foot with a hot towel. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to.

I came in to have my full set removed and a new coat of paint over my nails because usually after a full set is removed my nails look terrible!
The lady who removed my nails did a half-​assed job. She did not completely removed everything and I could tell how uneven my nails looked. She buffed it down and said said she didn’t want to buff too much as it would thin my nails, which is perfectly reasonable however she could have at least buffed them enough to where it looked even… When she painted my nails, it made the uneven texture of my nails even more noticeable! Even painting my nails, she didn’t do a clean job of it. Uneven paint coats, the fact that my nails weren’t even smooth to begin with. After she left my nails to dry, I did a closer inspection and my nails weren’t clean at all. She left to go work on another costumer. After I was dry, I had to ask another person to clean up my nails because I wasn’t going to pay for a half-​ass job so I was going to make sure I was going to leave at least with decent nails. The lady noticed I wasn’t gone yet so she came back to me and apologized and cleaned it up, cleaning around the edges and whatever polish got on my cuticles. I left barely satisfied. I would not come again.

Worst nail salon experience ever. It was my first time visiting this nail salon and boy was I disappointed.
I walked in and I was greeted by a friendly young lady. There wasn’t a wait so they sat me down at one of the pedicure stations. The pedi was average and the manicure was an absolute joke. She must have spent 5 minutes on both hands. The manicurist did the sloppiest job with red nail polish, it looked as if my five year old niece did it. She walked away and sat on one of the empty pedicure stations. Meanwhile two other pedicurists stared at the terrible mess she made with my nails and kept speaking about it in their language. It was pretty obvious even her coworkers thought she did a terrible job. I didn’t complain or say anything, I just wanted to get out of there.
After my pedicure was over, I kindly asked the pedicurists if she could give me some cotton with acetone to remove the nail polish, she said yes, but then she asked the same manicurist that made the mess to fix it. So the manicurist came over and started apologizing asking if I hated her and told me to always let her know if I didn’t like what she did. She kept touching me trying to make me feel better, but it was just making me more upset and irritated.
What I should have done was checked reviews on Unilocal before walking into this awful place. Lesson learned. Will never go back!!!
