I would rate them a 0 score if I could. After a complete home remodel, 4 bathrooms with new toilets, sinks, a new kitchen faucet made by Delta just a little over 2 years ago I come into a problem with my Kitchen Sink. Delta provides a 5 Year Guarantee on their product. I call into Ferguson’s, explain my situation, and the best the guy on the phone can say is «We only keep our records for 1 Year.» So I ask, can you help me with someone to call, the response was «Check your Manual!» What? Are you for real? What a line of BS, I spent how much with you folks and this is what I am hearing! I am a pissed off customer, you have no regard for customer service, You have no care in the world if I will ever do business with you again. Thank you for showing me your true colors and NOT standing behind your word. Poor Choice, I should have gone to another company! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD AND WILL DISREGARD YOUR CONCERNS!
