Fast service. I was done within 15 minutes of arriving there. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with free wifi and AC. There are cheaper smog stations but their price is justified with their speedy service.

After reading the reviews I decided to give these guys a try. Soooo glad I did when I brought my 2008 Audi A4. After discussing my initial reason for bring in the vehicle Mike advised that due to a supplement to the maintenance schedule I was past due on some other maintenance.
I like to take excellent care of my vehicles and these guys are a great asset to help me do that. If they didn’t advise me about the maintenance schedule change I could have spent thousands on a rebuilt engine. But their professionalism and excellent customer service have convinced me to always go back. I finally found an alternative to the dealership.

This shop is by far the best mechanic shop I’ve ever been too. Mike is really great with my Audi! They won’t let your car outta there until it’s perfectly fixed. He is a perfectionist in the nicest way I can put it. He has saved me countless of hundreds and most likely my car was the scrapyard! Recommend to anybody who wants a trusting and extremely qualified mechanic.

Brian and all the people that work here are honest, they charge a reasonable fee for excellent service, my car was done when promised and has never run as good as it does now. I will never take my Mercedes anywhere else for repairs. EXCELLENT!!!

I read the reviews about A & B and decided to take my car to their shop. I knew I needed my motor mounts replaced and they gave me a fair price on the work. Not only was the price fair but they threw in a few other things that needed to be done for the price of the parts. My Mercedes is running very well and I’m happy. Thanks A & B.
Less than three months and less than 6,000 miles after having my motor mounts replaced by A & B, I took my car into the Mercedes dealer for an A-​check. I was informed my motor mounts had collapsed. I guess, because none of my sensors had detected a problem and I couldn’t tell there was a problem and perhaps because once in the past, I was told my car needed work when this wasn’t the case, I wasn’t too worried, because I knew if there was a problem with my car, it would come to light.
Now, 18 months and 30,000 miles after having had the motor mounts replaced, I have been told by a shop in Auburn that my motor mounts have collapsed. I can feel there is a lot of vibration when I drive my car. Since I have the paper work from two different shops, I feel that I have proof there is a problem with my car and it started while it was under warranty.
I take my car back to A & B and talk to Brian the same day I found out about the motor mounts from the second shop. He tells me to bring it in the following week and he and his mechanic will take a look. I bring the car in and I’m informed that the motor mounts have collapsed. He tells me that because it is past the year warranty, the parts supplier will not replace the parts. I understand this, and ask if I can buy the new parts and if he will supply the labor because I have the paper work from two different shops stating the parts have collapsed and it happened at less than 6,000 miles. I am willing to do this even though I question if the parts were ever replaced. My original parts lasted for 142,000 miles, and these collapsed at under 6,000. He says he can’t help me. I feel I was fair in asking for a reimbursement for only the labor. There are shops that do warranties for 24,000 miles. One in Auburn is 36,000. I was very disappointed with the quality of the parts and that Brian wasn’t willing to compromise.

Brian has been in charge of my Mercedes repairs since my 33 year-​old daughter was 6 years old! I followed him as he went from working at a Dealership to now having his own completely competent crew.
This has been 5 or 6 cars. Each of them reached 230,000 plus miles before I decided it was time to get another one. Brian kept them rolling then and I trust him to be completely honest with me every time. I find it to be a huge plus that they have fun while doing great work. I love these guys… sniff. :)

Took my 2005 BMW X5 4.8is for a transmission failsafe mode check. Mike was very professional and knowledgable. He has +30 years of experience on BMW. He was able to reprogram the tranny and reset the shift points and clear the faults. Proves are reasonable and quality is high. I would recommend this place. Cheaper than BMW dealers. Best of all majority of employees worked at BMW & Mercedes dealers.

These guys are the absolute best. My ML350 finally received its tuneup and runs without a hiccup. I’ll recommend these guys first for any European car repair to family n friends.

Dustin and his team at A&B are first class. They provide the perfect trifecta you want in a car service facility: great (and HONEST) customer service, fair prices with no nickel-​and-​diming, and of course quality work in a timely manner.
We own a Mini Cooper, and as much as we enjoy that car we’ve always HATED having to take it to the Mini dealership for service or repairs. Even the most minor of items practically required taking out a second mortgage to pay the uncaring and outright cocky workers at Mini. We finally got referred to A&B and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them.
Dustin explained everything up-​front in terms that made sense to a non-​mechanic. He was honest about offering alternatives on parts that were just as good but less expensive, including giving us the choice to save over $ 300 on tires! He even shared our frustration when a particular part was proprietary to Mini and thus a little more expensive.
I was so impressed with my experience at A&B I had to ask Dustin if he would consider serving our Lexus as well. Dustin, who actually specializes in Mercedes Benz, simply smiled and said, «Sure, we take care of our customers.»

A&B European Motors is absolutely the best! They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would not have anyone else fix my Mercedes. They are so trustworthy and I am very impressed by the speediness in which they get the job done! Brian is a master mechanic!

I’m a «long time» Mercedes driver… I have tried several repair shops around the Rocklin/​Roseville area. I found them lacking (mostly no follow up)… These guy’s are great!
I recently had my 1972 350 SL towed in because it wouldn’t start after sitting for an extended period. They fixed it on time and under budget! VERY RARE now days. Well done A&B (-:
